Booked a room a week before my birthday. The next day I called the hotel, because I did not find any confirmation in the mail, except for a check (later it turned out that the letter was in spam). I was convinced that everything was okay, I was waiting for DR with a calm soul. On the appointed day, the young man and I came home from work at lunchtime in order to be alone, eat goodies and work further in a relaxed atmosphere. Arriving at the hotel, we found that "I mixed up the dates," as the girl from the reception explained to me. How wonderful the day had started, and how it was beginning to spoil. We ordered food in advance, which came with us to the hotel, but we could not eat normally, because from the doorway we were told: "Girl, are you not mistaken with the dates? You have a reservation for 4-5 numbers. Our number is busy, you have confused the days."
To say that I was in shock is to say nothing. On this day I didn't want to take a steam bath, + we were hungry and we had to continue working, but not at the reception.
I frantically looked for a letter from the hotel in the mail, climbed into the spam folder, found confirmation that the reservation was for June 2-3. It was JUNE 2 on the calendar!
In general, she said that the number is busy, but she will look for something for us.
After 15 minutes (while she was receiving other guests, checking in and checking out others), we were given a room and we went to seize my stress.

The room is good, they gave it a little better (sort of like), but in my opinion, the room was no better (except that the jacuzzi was different, but that's exactly what I wanted).

But if there were no free rooms?

In general, I am happy with everything: the room is clean (I wore white socks and on the second day they were still white), all the amenities are there, the light turns off both near the bed and in the corridor, and blinds on the button, smart TV, IVI on the TV , Jacuzzi with lighting. In general, everything is cool.
By the way, the noise was ok. I can't hear anything (although I'm sooo lightly asleep).

Cool, great, if they didn't try to convince me for 10 minutes that I was stupid and booked for the wrong days.
