- The journey from the airport to the hotel by taxi was much longer however the Metro station situated 10 minutes away from the hotel was excellent for a quick commute to the red square and anywhere else

- All employees are rude when speaking to expatriates, they laugh at us and do not help us. They do not have time to help us. The tall, weak security guard is not polite and does not smile. The maid who cleans the room does not clean well. She only cleans the bed and the bathroom. She does not clean the floor, remove any other dirt, change the towel, or check if there is water left. When we call customer service to get help, the employees do not answer in a good way. There is only one elderly employee with short hair. She is polite in talking to us, but the others do not have a style. The hotel is beautiful, nothing to say about it.
