The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. This is the most convenient hostel I have stayed in Russia. The owner and staff are very warm and helpful. There is also free tea and coffee in the kitchen. The bed is also clean and tidy.
Only the location BUT you need to pass by under construction building.
the owner of the hostel was very rude ( he only said I am the owner of the hostel ) . asked my questions like when would I leave and whether I would be returning back and was happy I was not returning back when I told him.
The hostel owner and staff are terrible people and treat you very badly.

The apparent is in 5th floor with no elevators and you have to carry your bags by yourself.. the apparent is very small with a lot of items in it, no one speaks English. The TV doesn’t work. The toilet flush is broken, the apparent owners will never help you. Half of the time the apartment heater was not very good and the temperature was very cold.

The hotel is next to the Kremlin and 3 min from one of the main metro stations. All main atractions can be easily reached either by foot or metro.
Location is the best!! Easy to travel to everywhere. Breakfast is nice and changes everyday. Staffs are nice and generous. They help me to book taxi many times.
Location is perfect. Reception teams were very nice to me. They helped me call yandex taxi many times and contacted to Cosmos Murmansk hotel to send my tourist registeration form for me and my family via mail. Thank you very much. Breakfast was wonderful, variety, delicious and hot meal. Breakfast changed menu every morning. That was very great.
