The best hotel in Moscow. Everything is top notch
Overall I liked everything, good hotel, delicious breakfasts.
Great hotel with great staff. Everyone goes the extra mile to make the stay memorable and special. The people at the front desk (Marina to name one specifically), the people from the concierge service or the duty manager Rassul.
We stayed at the Ritz for the second time, since the first one (on the club floor) was pretty good. But on our last visit, we were put in someone else's room (which followed from the letter on the table and the prepared stay for one guest). We warned the reception about this, but there was no reaction; both days they prepared a room for one person. In the morning, they refused to let us in for breakfast...
This may have been the single best hotel experience of my life. They go above and beyond. I can't even begin to thank you enough. The concierge, Nikita, bent over backwards for us when our plans were threatened by a scammer. The lengths that he went to to save our night and our trip were simply above and beyond. If you are thinking of a trip to Moscow, it would be a huge mistake to stay anywhere else...
Phenomenal staff. Regal rooms. Delicious food. Superb location. My husband and I will stay there again.
First time for me in Moscow, stayed here for 6 nights. Can say my stay here was nothing short of spectacular! The hotel is located within a walking distance to most important attractions and is fairly beautiful. Most unique aspect however is Service; Despite the issue with the payment system we had, they cooperated with us and accepted to provide daily payments instead of a full prepayment. They were...

We stayed at the Balchug Hotel for just one day in mid-October. We are glad that among Moscow hotels of this level, our choice fell on the Balchug Kempinski. In a word, it is Quality - both in general and in the smallest details! I would like to note the hotel staff. Absolutely everyone is attentive and friendly! And what is important - with a great sense of humor! Reception, bar, breakfast, maids...
I had a great stay there at the hotel.. The staff are so friendly and we didn’t have difficulty in communicating with them as they are fluent in English.. The location is close to the red square by 10 minutes of walk.. Also, i lost my rings at the hotel but they kept them there for me, it’s because of their integrity.. Thanks a lot!
Amazing hotel and staff. One of the best travel experiences in my life. Special thanks to the front office manager, Mr.Savzikhanov.
A wonderful hotel in the very center of Moscow. Amazing view from the windows!! The location is the best you can imagine 5* We were at this hotel for an event. We liked everything very much! Attentive staff, delicious food
Good hotel. Service at a level, polite and unobtrusive staff, very beautiful views from the windows. It is located in the center, everything is accessible, but there is no pretentiousness, so you feel quite organic there. In the hotel and around it there are a lot of night clubs and in my student years, in the late 90s, they constantly hung out there and therefore a lot of warm memories. I never thought...
Excellent location in the very center of Moscow, especially pleasant is the room, the view from the window of which opens onto the Kremlin and the Moscow River. Clean, neat, beautiful interior, good soundproofing, attentive staff. Everything you need in the room, comfortable mattress. The restaurant at the hotel is open until 11 pm, very convenient for late arrival. Breakfast exceeded expectations...
Location and nice staff
Staff were extremely helpful, especially Emil and Pavel, rooms were huge and lovely, the location was perfect and convenient.
Cleanness and the kindness of the reception employees. Also, the quick service when we requested additional water.
One of the best locations in the heart of Moscow. Hotel staff are very nice and eager to help providing kind and prompt service. Thank you all!
The hotel located near the Red Square and it is beautifully located! There is a beautiful river seperating the hotel from the Red Square Perfect room Very VERY Clean Excellent
Red Square famous tourist sport in Moscow Well perfect everything in the room Superb clean Very warm welcome
Rooms are not vacuumed daily. Staff do not speak English which is a problem specially at the restaurant as we got sick twice from food allergy.
Location and the pool and the gym. I will stay there again.
The place is nice, clean, and close to everything. The length is crazy. It is five minutes away from the red square, by car or scooter. I strongly recommend it. The food is delicious and the best thing is the omelette🤤🤣 The room is clean and spacious and the length is crazy Every day they clean the room if we ever ask them The service is excellent and their dealings are sweet and fast
Conceirge department is very helpful and appreciated their services
Concierge services was exceptional!
Location and supportive staff , excellent and professional concierge staff,
Pretty much nothing about the place was good.
You literally pay for the location, the rooms were bad and they looked nothing like the pictures run if you can
Cleanliness + staff treatment + the smell of food in the lobby and in the corridors leading to the rooms
The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's just a short walk from the iconic Red Square, bustling shopping districts, vibrant restaurants, and cozy coffee shops. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return to Moscow and stay here again.
Booked a luxury deluxe room, they upgraded us to suite 805, this room has to be the best hotel room, or any appartments in Moscow. The room was on the highest level, and overlooked every Moscow attraction, the Kremlin, St Basils, Red Square, cathedral of Christ the saviour, 3 of Stalin sisters, and many more, what a great place to finish our holiday in Russia. Much appreciated
It’s fine not the best The rooms are good size but furniture is old
there is a welcome fruit basket. excellent view of St Basil Cathedral and Moskva River especially during sunset. there are some halal selection for breakfast buffet.

Take a room facing the courtyard and not on the top floor.
It's OK. There's a subway station right outside the door. It's very close to Red Square and other places. But the room is very small.
The hotel is in a great location, close to Red Square, with a 24-hour supermarket and a variety of food. There are also many late-night restaurants until 4 or 5 in the morning.
An old hotel near Red Square, not very good, but not bad either. Sanctioned, no way. But in terms of location, a big city might be better.
Expectations were higher for a 5-star hotel in the very center of Moscow. We are familiar with the St. Regis chain, but we have never been to Moscow. The staff is far from being the most tactful (at breakfast, they reminded us about the end time, looking us in the mouth; at the reception they made a mistake in the write-offs, they explained only after we personally approached the counter a second time...
A semi short and sweet review. It’s five star and priced to be pretentious of course. That price point of significance comes with expectations. Of the room is not available at 3 for check in and you are asked to wait (we waited 45 minutes more) - at least offer water or a drink. It’s rude to keep people waiting at the price they are paying and not offer something while they graciously wait. Word to...
Beautiful hotel, spa, sauna, steam room, pool. Love the hotel looks in general. Good food in room service.
Location, size of bedroom , very clean hotel
1-No isolation at all 2-Cleaning so bad 3-For the reception staff at the hotel, they were very bad and unprofessional. They even mocked the customers. I asked to speak to the manager, but they brought one of their friends instead.
Location was perfect near by red square Room was good , comfortable bed , warm room
The reception and reservation was really helpful and very welcoming, the hotel was clean and spacious.
The location and the outstanding people at the concierge and reception who always gave us more than what we expected, especially the housekeepers who were really helpful and available for us
they were so welcoming and upgraded our room before they know we are in honeymoon, and surprised us with little gift.
They exchanged the money at hotel. The trolley boy.

Moved here after a horrible experience at the St. Regis Moscow. The team was friendly and the facilities are well maintained. I enjoyed my stay here. Special shout-out to Ilya at the front desk for helping out with the reservation and making sure the stay goes as planned. Definitely the place to stay in if you’re in Moscow.

Location couldn’t be better and everything inside the hotel was first class. The service was first rate and the breakfast was great. Katarina the concierge gave us a tour of the hotel and it was delightful. She was amazing with a huge heart too and is such an asset to Marriott; well done!
Great for a romantic getaway. This place preserved an authentic vintage early 20th century look. Suites are spacious and cozy. Wouldn’t stay there for an extended stay as it just too grandiose and doesn’t feel homey but perfect for short romantic stays. I imagine weddings can be great there as well.
Great hotel, nice and clean place, tasty food.
The Art Nouveau building with elements of Neo-Renaissance and Neoclassicism, designed by architect Alexander Ivanov in 1902. An example of the triumph of capitalism that has come into its own in Russia. Soared six stories high in record time. The facade is finished with natural stones, ceramic tiles, stucco, on the attic instead of "Apollo" is now the face of the "Worker" in a majolica...
You can eat and drink in the lobby. For those who like to eat with charm, the restaurant has an entrance from the hall and from the street. Hotel is clean and the room was clean. Location is good.
Location, staff are friendly and helpful. In general is a good hotel to stay near red square and other attractions.
Perfect location, next to the Kremlin Big variety of food at the breakfast. Room dining is nice but quite expensive. Soft big bed and good pillows.
Only crossing underground to reach red square its very near. Delicious cake was sent to my room as a birthday gift. Bed is comfortable and clean the only problem with the air conditioning they cannot open it from October till April and the room without breeze because also you cant open the window. Room and toilet very clean and tidy Great staff and very helpful
Furniture is old but everything was great
The best location in the city Clean professional staff Big size rooms
It is near the red square which was easy for us Victorian room feels like that you are living in the czar’s era They clean everyday Helpful
The location, the staff, the interior, everything was just exceptional. Literally few steps from the metro station (without sensing any rattling when the metro passes by). 2 mins walking from the red square. The food is delicious. Staff were exceptionally hospitable. I really liked the hotel’s location—it’s perfect for exploring the city, with major attractions just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and my stay smooth. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The classic decor and historic feel of the hotel added to the experience, making it a unique and memorable stay.
All services are great, reception was above amazing with their support, so much love for all the staff in this hotel
The concierge department are very very helpful and friendly specially a guy named ( oleg) he booked for us activities and restaurant and lots of useful information, the other staff also friendly and welcoming, very good location close to everything , the rooms are wide even if it was the smallest one
The location- room style and the breakfast area looking offer the red square. The money exchange office In the hotel.
It was an excellent option in terms of price and location and I liked the cooperation of the staff, unlike what was written in the people's rating, a repeatable experience
Nothing except the location
Great location, in the middle of everywhere, quiet, perfect room size, helpful reception and English speakers, currency exchange inside the hotel. Next to the Metro station, cross the street to go the red Kremlin square and Gum mall.
I liked an extremely excellent level of service by reception and restaurant stuff. They were very helpful and polite. Please do not expect smiley service, in Russia can be kind and polite in without a big smile on their face. I certainly liked the location very much. I liked this little trip into the history and the atmosphere of cultural enrichment! Certainly will stay here once more!
everything else - breakfast is terrible and extremely limited, it smells AWFUL inside and your clothes get soaked with bad smell every time you enter breakfast area. The location is excellent, right at the entrance of Red Square, but the rest is not amazing to be honest, and the price/performance ratio is not very high.
Facilities: Not bad. After leaving the Four Seasons Group, it can still maintain a relatively high quality, but the house is a little old. Hygiene: Average, nothing to say Environment: Very good, Red Square is downstairs, but there is too much snow in winter, the snow at the door cannot be cleaned, and it is all black mud after the car runs over. I liked everything very much. Breakfast is fantastic, accompanied by playing of the harp. Living in a historical hotel is a special pleasure.
A gorgeous hotel, what else can I say. Breakfasts are amazing. Everything corresponds to the price of the room. If necessary, we will definitely return. Of the moments. The hotel is under renovation. The noise of the lift was a bit annoying. There is parking 4000₽ Excellent price for a room on trip.👌🏻
Breakfast is good, the hotel is huge. The location is great.
The historic suites felt a bit dated...
I liked everything, especially the breakfast. A large selection from farm products to red caviar. Sparkling wine is also available. I liked the spa center, the pool is the right temperature. The standard room is a bit small, you need to book from deluxe and above.
Location only and the help of the concierge
Excellent location, well renovated with a friendly and supportive staff. Very much enjoyed the Shalyapin bar which we frequently visited for cooked ravioli with chicken for my daughter. Cocktails were superb, so was ambience. It was best value for money and a very enjoyable stay.

Good old Savoy! All is well, good place. Feeling that I got back into the deep past. Until you see the bathroom. You feel like Pushkin until you drink. Great hotel, rooms, staff.
Gorgeous! But it is sad that nothing has been preserved! Very sad, but I still recommend it. Small, cozy, great staff.

Great hotel and cheap. Breakfast is good, everything is clean, everything you need works.

Location, value, interiors and service is amazing. Definitely recommend!
I liked the Grada Boutique Hotel because it is located in the very center of the city! On the street there are constant performances of street musicians. Young people are in a positive movement, they sing, dance, ride horses, guys give flowers to girls. As for the hotel, I will say that I liked the helpful staff, who kindly and politely served our stay. If you put stars, I give 5 out of 5
Super nice staff, great location cozy royal

I always stop here. Prices for the center of Moscow are more than adequate. I don't like crowds of people in the hotel. It is here that I feel comfortable, calm. Lovely unobtrusive and polite staff, without too much disturbing fuss, delicious breakfasts, cleanliness, chic rooms! Again, I repeat, the very heart of Moscow. You better open up! I to you!)
The most think I like was the reception staff , Honesty and credibility , room was clean and the view was nice , no noisy environment. everything was perfect. Thank you so much Location was perfect perfect
The staff are very nice and helpful. Mr.Vlat (if I don’t spell wrong), he is very kind and good serviced staff. He served more than we expect. He even call a taxi , make an appointment and help us carry the very heavy baggage to the taxi. He even makes sure that our family on board safely. I honored him so much.
The location was good
Service in the hands of 4 boys from the school, there is no manager. The rooms are not ventilated, there is an unbearable stench. The rooms are not soundproofed, the noise of the music from the street keeps you awake all night long (expecially Saturday) Poor level of cleanliness. (Behind the furniture I found olives eaten by the previous occupants - disgusting -). Breakfast in a small room with seven...

I'm very happy I chose this hotel for my dream trip to Russia. Everyone is always ready to help! I'm solo here so the standard double bed room was very good. I'll surely visit Russia again in the future since I love it, and will book again here! 😊
Fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful staff (with only one exclusion, but all the rest were amazing). The rooms are comfortable and they offer everything a person needs.
Location, generous size rooms, polite and helpful staff. There's a bookshoop nearby, with a lovely coffeshop.
Hotel has an excellent location, huge and beautiful rooms, nice staff and happy to help us
Great little place to stay, very well located near the metro & all of the big sites! Staff are helpful, and the accommodation very comfortable
Don't Dump Bottle of water, they served only first day, fill the water on the first floor only!
Near to the Kremlin. close to the center. They staff barely speak English. you only take a room their when you have no option.
The hotel is next to the Kremlin and 3 min from one of the main metro stations. All main atractions can be easily reached either by foot or metro.

Nice little hotel, has its own parking, very clean and cozy
The hotel met all my expectations and even exceeded them!!!! Pros: Location (very close to the center) Cleanliness (impeccable cleanliness, lots of towels, excellent mattress and pillows) Service Reception (very fast and the feeling that they were waiting for you!) Mini-bar Cons - there simply aren't any. Thank you for a home-like stay!!!

We had a really great experience here. I loved that the restaurant was open around the clock. The spa was great and we could have it properly for the evening. No problem to get food delivered to the room. Just great and clean and good service.

Cozy hotel 🏨 Clean rooms, great service. Best location, right across the bridge from Red square. 5 min walk to the street with restaurants and scooters’ parking 12 min walk to Zaryadye park 13 min walk to the Red Square 14 min walk to Bolotnaya square
Its just across the bridge from the Red Square, very nice walk The room was comfortable. The floors in the bathroom are heated.
Location is superbly located if you need quick access to Red square/Kremlin or Tretyakov gallery. However, this is not my favorite part of Moscow city, I personally prefer Tverskoy part of the central district Room was on a smaller side, but had a small size front partition with the close cabinet and mini fridge. The two beds in my room were extremely narrow by western standards, but comfortable enough...
It’s a perfect location for solo travelers like me. walking distance to kremlin,Red square and the next street you can find some nice restaurants with reasonable prices. Food is fine and staff are very friendly they are serving my food with smile.😊 Room and washroom are well maintained.Bed is very comfortable and pillows are very soft. It’s a very cleaned, housekeeping staff no need to call and request...

Fantastic central location, clean rooms with the basic facilities, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts served were good too, although pretty much same menu everyday!
Seemed ok to me. It was near the City centre.
Clean room, service and breakfast was great, I will use it again in the future.
I really wanted to give a 4 stars to this hotel: the staff is not very friendly but given the location the price is you pay is a very good one. Unfortunately, I have to give them 3 stars for the crazy air conditioning system they had: there is no way to turn it off (it is centralized) so the only solution they gave us was to put an electronic stove in the room. It works, but really not the best solution...
This was my 5th time at this hotel and it always meets and exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.
Nice Hotel and not too expensive. The rooms are big enough and very clean. Unfortunately, there is no Elevator and you must carry the Luggage up the stairs. The Breakfast menu is kept small and at the end of the Breakfast time I filled up. The area around the Hotel is beautiful and not far from the red square.
Location, the staff they are all helpful even though they can’t speak English but they are trying to communicate with the help of google translate.it was hard for us to carry our luggage because hotel has no elevator and we are in the 3rd floor.bathroom is so tiny that I am always afraid I might broke the glass door.we stayed 8 days and on the 7 days no more water heater ,I asked why but the chamber...
I needed a hotel close to the Red Square and close to the metro station. This hotel does both. Plus I needed to keep my bags safe after check out, and it was possible. For me 100% and will be back if I am in Moscow.
The location was good, around good restaurants and a nice park
I was at the hotel and enjoyed my stay. Super attentive reception, especially Igor and Ivan, very patient and helped me find my way around the city
It was very close to Zaryadye Park and Red Square, there was loads to see just in walking distance. The staff were very helpful, most could speak a little English. If they couldn’t speak English we used the translate app. We would like to say a big thankyou to Ivan, who called a taxi for us on our last day. All the desk staff were helpful and the ladies who cleaned the rooms were very efficient and...
Everything was as expected, people were nice and willing to help. I would come back without hesitation.

Great location for a reasonable price.
Staying here for a couple of days to enjoy Moscow, we definitley enjoyed our stay. The hotel / hostel is easy to find and very close to the tourist attractions. (10 minute / 15 minute walk) We did not see much of the hotel, except for our room, but I can say that the hotel is nicely decorated and we loved the uniqueness of our 'attic-room'. Comfy beds and very decently priced. There are plenty of...
Little hidden hotel not far away from the toursitc hot spots of Moscow. The accomodation itslef was perfect. Very clean room, friendly staff and not as expansive as a lot of other hotels in Moscow.
Great customer service and comfortable rooms.
A wonderful small hotel there's a very varied Breakfast -250 RUB. to 10 o'clock in the morning..clean and comfortable..but be sure to specify the number of beds...we have not changed the two single one double (which originally ordered )..had to move the bed:(
Wonderful place to stay for a few days. Loved it.

Very convenient and very clean. Well situated although noisy at night because of clubs and bars, but not à real problem if you travel with ear plugs 🙉
So central located so close to red square. You can select many different cafe close to hotel for breakfast and dinner. 2 big shopping mall are closer to hotel. Rooms are small but price is fair enough for comfort and location. Room doors are not isolated enough to aviod voice on corridor. Room which is closer to reception is not comfortable because of this reason.
Perfect location, reasonable prices, and comfortable, clean rooms. The service was excellent and the personnel was friendly and had sufficient knowledge of English.
The hotel is in the heart of Moscow. Quiet, comfortable, good bed! Near plenty of cafes, restaurants, and just a pleasant stroll on the old streets of the capital. Moscow is beautiful, especially at night when lit by thousands of lights.

Very good location Clean and quiet Friendly and Helpful staff. Really Exceptional staff and I would highly appreciate their support as an example I was looking for taxi and confused on ordering to go somewhere and they helped me till the correct address outside the hotel. The room is very old, the facilities are very poor, the toilet is always leaking, the carpet smells bad, the air is not circulating, the hotel is hidden and hard to find; the only good thing is that it is close to the Kremlin, about 10 minutes walk away
房間雖然不是很大的是衞生還是可以的床也是比較軟的離紅場超級近也離地鐵超級近樓下就有很多飯店
房間小一點,其他的還好,樓下就是吃飯的一條街,離紅場和地鐵站都很近。
Not far from Red Square, there are many bars and restaurants downstairs. The facilities in the building are old and there is no elevator. Not up to domestic Samsung standards. Location is the only advantage.
This room is not far from the Red Square, you can walk there, and the surrounding area is very lively. Except that the room is very small, everything else is good. However, taking a taxi in Moscow city is really painful. We have a lot of luggage and taxis are often stuck in traffic jams. You need to travel light when traveling on the subway.
The room is good, the service is in place, and the accommodation experience is also very good
. Its a 3 star hotel So U get what you pay, super clean . The location of the hotel is perfect perfect perfect , its located not on the main street you have to walk 4-5 min from the street to the hotel . That path way to reach the hotel is lively day and night , theres many famous restaurants and I’ve tried most of them i recommend them 10/10 . The hotel does not have an elevator, which is the norm...
The location is perfect! It’s near Red Square and Theatre, and very close to the subway stations. The room is small but has everything, a little bit traditional and I like it.
Walking distance to everything and away enough from all the busy streets & the noise. Cafe is next door. Top notch food! Comfortable and has all you need. Staff is quick to react too. Room was sparkling clean. No complaints at all. Easy check in & out process. Very accommodating staff.

I will try to be objective, although this is my subjective opinion. The hotel in the center is a plus. We spent 7 nights on the fourth floor. The stairs are really steep, but it did not bother us. The room is not big, it will do for an overnight stay. The bed is 120 * 200, the mattress is good. The bathroom is a problem. Well, very small. There is no closet for things, it is replaced by two nails in...
One of the best budget hotels I've visited in Russia in the last year. 1. Great location, right in the center 2. Polite pleasant staff 3. Clean comfortable rooms 4. High quality bedding The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom and toilet, if you take a shower, there will be a lot of water and it will be difficult to go to the toilet, only for this I remove one "star".
Hotel in the center of Moscow. Near Red Square, Central Department Store, Bolshoi and Maly theaters. The hotel itself is cozy in a Provencal style. Courteous staff. The prices are reasonable.
The very center, cleanliness, few rooms and silence, no hum of cars. The only thing is the pillows are terrible.
