Nice hotel a bit far from the Red square (3 metrostation). My room was clean, cosy and comfortable. I utilized breakfeast. It was delicous, typical morning brunch (e. g. Scrabbled eggs, bacon, sausages, porridge... etc). Near by there are supermarket, restaurants, different kind of shops. The staff is polite and very helpfull. Polyanka metrostation is 500 meter far.

The only reason to choose this hotel is the location. But there are also other hotels around which are better in every sense.

we loved the location of the hotel — it is close to the city center, in a quiet and safe area, and a beautiful place for walking. Everything is nearby, including the metro, which is just a few minutes away. The room we stayed in was excellent, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three people.

I recommend choosing a room on the river side; the view is truly excellent. There are dining and shopping options within a 1km walk, and it's also very close to Red Square. The hotel also has a laundry room with both washers and dryers. The gym is on the same floor and has a good range of equipment. The staff, despite looking a bit grumpy, were generally very helpful, assisting with room changes and...

First off, the hotel's proximity to Red Square is a huge plus. The breakfast was also excellent! The lady who assisted us during check-in was incredibly kind and helpful. There was also a young man at the front desk who always greeted us warmly, and even the cleaning staff were very pleasant. All in all, they were exceptionally welcoming towards Chinese guests. Highly recommended!

Reception was very friendly, allowed early check-in without any condition. Breakfast was good.

The room was great, located right by the river with fantastic views of the Kremlin from the window. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and had no trouble communicating in English. Red Square is only a 10-15 minute walk away, but the metro station felt a bit far, which was a slight inconvenience.

Excellent! The Ctrip platform was fantastic, and the stay itself was incredibly comfortable. Everything was handled very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend it to everyone; the service was absolutely brilliant. I'll definitely be using this for all my future bookings.

There was a very bad service, if you need a water you should go down and collect it from reception, no luggage assistance, no concierge, very bad location and had to cancel the other coming booking and shifter to another hotel

Walking distance to the Red Square. Very convenient. Breakfast is always good! Room was big and comfortable. Amenities was enough, but not refilled every day! No body lotion.

Waiting for check IN .they gave the room at 14:20 . Breakfast not that much. Coffee machine wii charging you. Location 10 minutes from red sequre. Every day cleaning late and they don’t clean properly.

It's within walking distance of Red Square, and there are plenty of restaurants on the second parallel street, so it's generally okay. The rooms are a bit small, and staying on the first floor can be a bit noisy!

A very nice and cozy hotel in the center of Moscow, we came with the family, chose the family Deluxe, stunning view from the window of the cathedral. The girls at the reception are great, they greeted us with such warmth that I want to come back to you again. And in the morning they prepared delicious breakfasts for us. I definitely recommend the Tikhonov Hotel ❤️

The receptionist spoke good English and was patient; she even helped us get a taxi to the airport. The room was very clean and tidy, with good soundproofing. It's a 20-minute walk to Red Square. Highly recommended!

The interior is beautiful, and the rooms are very cozy. It's 5 minutes to the Tretyakov Gallery and 1 minute to the embankment with its fountains. I definitely recommend it!

The soundproofing is amazing, the front desk staff are super friendly. You can even see the church next door from the bay window—the view is fantastic!

I usually don't write reviews, but I will for this one. I stayed for two weeks in this wonderful hotel in December 2023. I requested a particular room with the church view, and they accommodated for my request with ease. Location is amazing on a very quiet street. Clean, cozy, and only 10 mins walking from the red square. I highly recommend this hotel.
