Stayed at the hotel for 4 days! Liked it very much! Clean room, cleaned every day! Delicious breakfasts! Excellent swimming pool and sauna.... after daily travels around Kazan - it was there that they relieved their fatigue! The only downside is the sound! If you want to sleep during the day - it is unlikely that you will succeed! In general, the hotel was very pleasant!

The room is small but quite comfortable. Everything is clean, tidy and beautiful. In the bathroom there are shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, lotions, soaps. There is a kettle and everything for tea. Including a bottle of water. Breakfast is a buffet with a large selection of food.

Great hotel. Neighborhood is unique. Graceful, with dignity style. Cleanly. Everything is in carpets. White linens and towels. Well-deserved "four".

I liked it very much. The breakfast is excellent, everything your heart desires. It was very cold these days, they asked for an extra blanket, they immediately brought it. The atmosphere of the hotel is perfect. In the evening we listened to live music. I recommend very much.

Good. Good location, good parking, good breakfast. Cons: no wi-fi, sockets in the room do not work to recharge the phone, they never take the phone at the reception.

In Chaliapin I stop 4 times. Hotel. - excellent, homely, cozy, clean, wonderful breakfasts. The rooms are spacious. It is a pity that this time there was no live music during! It's like a visiting card of the hotel!

Excellent location, very close to everything. However, be ready for the noise from the pedestrian Bauman street - many people, musicians, etc.
Hotel itself- quite good, however, it doesn't provide a feeling "to be at home".
Rooms are comfortable, beds - a bit soft :)
Breakfast- okay, hot and cold dishes, nothing special.

October 2016 I spent 5 nights at this hotel, nice location at the mean walking street of Kazan ( Buman street) friendly staff good breakfast safe motorcycle parking, during my trip on my motorcycle to Russia

Good basic hotel in center of Kazan, in the main pedestrian street. Excellent location

Excellent hotel, classic seasoned style. The location is ideal, but this leads to a drawback - city musicians, and the whole life of the city from Bauman Street, are perfectly audible until 10 pm. Who needs a quiet place - definitely not here. If you go to bed late then a chic option
