Good bed, warm room, large shower, receptioist very nice.Only negative side was no available parking at the time of check-in.

The stay was good. But for a Premium room it lacks water bottles and I furniture to sit on. I noticed other rooms have some chairs or couches in there. Overall clean and comfortable.

If you have chosen Novi Beograd, it's a decent option. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly and polite staff at the reception. Close to Chinese cultural center. The breakfast is 800 dinars.

Not enough quality for this money. Good beds , quick wifi, good big parking place . Carpet was very dirty, bathroom door was not possible to close, missing Schuco 230V sockets , breakfast poor.

The hotel is modern the rooms are Spacious, clean, huge comfortable bed, the staff is nice and friendly, although located far away from the city, it is easy to find, parking available on site. The breakfast was a little lame though, not many options if you happen to be a vegetarian.

One of the best hotel price/quality ratio I have ever been. For only 50€ you can enjoy a great room, amazing service, free breakfast included with really nice pool and gym. I didn't try the spa and sauna (was 10€ extra with previous booking). Its 20min walk from the center but totally worth it. I would recommend it 100%

I always make a point of staying at the Pinocchio when visiting Kosovo. Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and really great value.

We only ate at the restaurant. Get a balcony if you can. The food is excellent as is the service. The view of the city is great (from the balcony).

We were visiting family in Pristina and they took us there. Their favorite became ours. Pinocchio restaurant will not disappoint!

Perfect place to stay during a roadtrip. The owner is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and you can reach it easily from the highway. We had to leave before breakfast starts and they even provided burek and jogurt + coffee to go for us. Would definitely choose again!

We had great time there and I felt like I was at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they treat us like we are part of the family. The breakfast was amazing and tasty. It was a very clean, big and spacious room. We stopped for a night rest during our 3 days journey and had a really goed sleep and rest. Breakfast was also very good!

It was simply perfect. I would love to stay again. The food is ordered in, but the quality of it was outstanding. The staff are so attentive, but not intrusive. The pool was fabulous, the room was comfortable, well decorated and clean.

We had a wonderful vacation here with our baby. We enjoyed everything the place has to offer: it's very green, very relaxing and the pool is fantastic. The owners are lovely people, always there to help you with information or to make sure you have everything you need.

Loved this small place: great location near downtown; friendly and helpful staff; nice and clean rooms; incredibly rich breakfast, both in quality and quantity. Two things I didn't like: (1) no shower curtain, the whole bathroom gets soaked when taking a shower; (2) parking is not free.

This place is super nice and welcoming! The food, the rooms, the service, the staff all are high quality. If you want to stay a culpe of days, you can enjoy the tennis yard, ping-pong table, some bicycles, massage room, jacuzzi, sauna and a swimming pool. It is a place worth coming back to!

First off all I would like to highlight the hospitality. Very friendly staff. The pool is nice. The food is fine. The location is a bit rural; but we knew that when we booked. The area is safe and access to Belgrade is easy.

I got what I paid for and rooms were a good size. The gym and pool were great! The cleaning staff were excellent and if I could, I'd hug all the wonderful front desk ladies. It was a delightful stay and I'll be back one day.

Stayed in this hotel for one night and it was one of the best hotels i’ve been to. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. Room was very clean and it was quiet at night.
