Great hotel in the best location in the historical center. The hotel receptionosts are very friendly and gave us a lot of good advice. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including freshly prepared croissants, cheese, cold meet cuts, fruit, fresh juice, mineral water, aivar, eggs. We’d love to stay again, the rooms are nice and neat. Thank you!

Nice hotel, very comfortable location, helpful staff, rooms are clean and big enough. Breakfast was decent.

Breakfast was decent but if you didn’t go early it was a bit stale at the later hours. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was fairly new. There was a foul smell in the bathroom at times.

This is an excellent small hotel in the very centre of the town. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is good, and the staff are helpful and polite. Last but not least, parking is sorted by the staff (although there is a payment to be made).

Hotel Veliki is in a perfect location to the City Center. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the center. Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. We didn’t know what to expect because we’re African American. We didn’t feel any discomfort the entire time we were there. The hotel is brand new. It is very close to the centre of Novi Sad (5mins walk), in a very quiet neighbourhood. Staff is very polite. It also has a closed parking which was very important for our bikes. If I visit Novi Sad again I will definitely choose it

Beautiful fitted and equipped apartment in a quiet location and easy access to city centre. A lot of thought has gone into every little detail of this apartment to make your stay truly restful. The massage chair is divine. I liked the fact the apartment was stocked with drinks (for you to buy) but also at reasonable prices.. nice touch.

I had a great time visiting Aurora spa apartment. Great welcoming, cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was super clean and well decorated with lots of fun stuff to do such as sauna, jacuzzi and a chair massage. I will be back for sure, deffinetely will be recommending this to all of my friends.

I had a really nice stay at Hotel Junior in Kopaonik. The food was very good, with plenty of options after a long day on the slopes. The gym was also well equipped and perfect for staying active. One of the highlights was the ski slope nearby — very good conditions and super convenient, especially if you’re there mainly for skiing.

First of all the food is not that great a lot of the food dosent taste good, the only good thing about the food is the desert. The location is amazing there is a lot of wilderness and its beautiful the only bad thing is its hard to get to the location. The hotel is not bad. Most importantly, there is parking for hotel guests. The rooms are tidy and bring new towels every day. The food is great, but honestly what is not good is the hotel ski slope. The hotel does not have any ski pass discount for hotel guests. The ski pass is quite expensive for about 400 meters of trail. The price for a ski pass is around 15 euros Per/Day.

The room needs a lot of repairs. Also the lack of an elevator makes the situation a bit difficult to carry suitcases. The breakfast is very poor and generally not worth the 125 euros we paid for one night. The highlight of all was the broken glass and the broken handles in the bathtub

I stayed there on our way from CZ to BG and back in August 2022. There is nothing I could possibly complain about. There is a few things I would like to point out: - close to the A1 highway - secured parking - spacious and clean room - restaurant - friendly staff - supermarket just a few meters on the same side of the road - you can pay by card everywhere

I'm rarely rate hotels on Google, but this one is extraordinary. Yes, it's usual hotel near the highway. But their workers do the difference. I made booking for wrong dates. They helped me to cancel it for free and match the price. We arrived after the kitchen was closed - the waiter in the restraint ordered pizza for us in a delivery service! Shame on them We asked for Karadjordjeva and we got live meat not even semi cooked. Raw as it can be. After we called a waiter to complain he said well what to tell you. Reception desk is often not available. No daily cleaning service. Dirty towels have to be replaced ourselves. Can’t find any one on the phone. Emails are not replied sometimes.

The room was OK, but a little noisy. The room I stayed in was opposite the storage room. The waiter didn't know there were guests inside, so he opened and closed the door heavily. I had just fallen asleep when I was woken up by the noise and came out to tell the waiter. The waiter was very embarrassed. The noise stopped until 2 a.m. My friend's other room did not have this problem.

We had an amazing experience at Flow Hotel. The room was clean, the view is amazing with the bridge at night and the bath! The service is beyond everything. We got service from the nicest person, his name Siniha (if I'm not wrong) nice guy with glasses. Such a hard-working guy with a great attitude. Overall, we are very happy to stay at Flow.

But rating would deserve more 3.5* as some of equipment is not functional (one blind store and mosquito net not in rail). Breakfast with only 1 coffee! Located in the city center with convenient transportation, not far from anywhere. The room is relatively large and the breakfast is good!

The location and the atmosphere are the best. The building is isolated, but not far from the main ski center. It is located right next to the ski slope. Also has its own stable with horses, beautiful! rooms are nice, notjimg extraordinary. Food is great. Free parking

The hotel is in a good location, even if you don't have a car you can reach it by bus from Nis city center. Sits in a mountainous part with great view. Some parts of the premises show the effect of time. When we stayed it rained and water found its way into our bathroom in the 5th floor. The breakfast was OK. The best think I'd say is how kind the staff was.

It’s a family owned hotel and they really are giving so much effort to keep everything in order and their clients satisfied. They were very polite and always happy to help. The room was clean, well organised and jacuzzi was a fantastic first-time experience. My girlfriend was really loving their cappuccinos. We had a great experience staying there. We were just one night, with spa, so ot was short but very nice. Spa was great. Room service included, but you have to go on the reception to order (which we didn't mind) we got 'slatko od višanja' with our coffee, and that was a nice touch. Overall, a nice stay.
