Excellent location, clean, well-equipped room, but where we stayed a little cramped, and the soundproofing not very great. Breakfast decent average. In conclusion, the accommodation was not wow, but not the worst accommodation I have encountered. It's ok to staying for a city break

Great hotel, very clean, good prices, lovely little cat at the reception area. Only criticism, it's not much fun dragging a suitcase or two up and down all the stairs. An elevator would make more visitor friendly.

Loved it, although it smells like something's rotting in the bathroom and if you make a wrong turn inside the hotel you end up in random places you didn't know existed (I accidentally ended up in hotel's kitchen and some wedding venue???). Overall good but it also looks haunted as hell for several reasons I'd rather not describe, I recommend sleeping with an eye mask and earplugs if you don't want...

Good service, clean rooms and rich breakfast

I had the big surprise (what has not happened to me so far) to forget my wallet in the room. I was on the way out, the coach motor was started ... but the hotel returned my portfolio without touching of some money. More rarely! Thank you from the heart !!! I pray for them! It's a place for a budget overnight. They have an underground garage, that feels very narrow and risky to get to it. But hey, I did not scratch the car, so can you. To exit with the car is a bit of a hustle sine your only option is via Slavija roundabout, and that place is busy from 7 am till 8 pm so good luck.

This hotel was well located, safe, and plenty of food and drink options close by. Although there is a nostalgic charm, the hotel is clearly dated. If you want a well priced, comfortable central location without the frills, this would work. Reception helpful spoke English. Im giving this overall 4 stars based on value and location. If staying somewhere luxurious is part of your travel experience...

Reasonable place to stay in Belgrade. The room was clean, so was the bathroom. All the announced amenities were there. I slept like a rock, there were no noises. The staff was friendly and english speaking. We can request transport to the airport ( 25 euros instead of the usual 20 for regular taxis) but the service is great. I wish they had the breakfast option.

The place is in the centre of the old city, and with prices like that, you really get a good deal. You can park here, which is a rarity in Belgrade and the parking is under surveillance. Great service and personnel, would recommend 10/10

This hotel was great for an overnight. The room was well appointed. I appreciate the mini bar and the the ability to blackout the room. The breakfast was perfect, I would add or take away a thing. Beautiful fitted and equipped apartment in a quiet location and easy access to city centre. A lot of thought has gone into every little detail of this apartment to make your stay truly restful. The massage chair is divine. I liked the fact the apartment was stocked with drinks (for you to buy) but also at reasonable prices.. nice touch.

I had a great time visiting Aurora spa apartment. Great welcoming, cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was super clean and well decorated with lots of fun stuff to do such as sauna, jacuzzi and a chair massage. I will be back for sure, deffinetely will be recommending this to all of my friends.

The room needs a lot of repairs. Also the lack of an elevator makes the situation a bit difficult to carry suitcases. The breakfast is very poor and generally not worth the 125 euros we paid for one night. The highlight of all was the broken glass and the broken handles in the bathtub

I stayed there on our way from CZ to BG and back in August 2022. There is nothing I could possibly complain about. There is a few things I would like to point out: - close to the A1 highway - secured parking - spacious and clean room - restaurant - friendly staff - supermarket just a few meters on the same side of the road - you can pay by card everywhere

I'm rarely rate hotels on Google, but this one is extraordinary. Yes, it's usual hotel near the highway. But their workers do the difference. I made booking for wrong dates. They helped me to cancel it for free and match the price. We arrived after the kitchen was closed - the waiter in the restraint ordered pizza for us in a delivery service! Few more requests to reception were completed in seconds...

The location is great, the staff was very friendly. Our biggest complaint is that whenever we came back our room constantly smelled like smoke, which is strange because we are non smokers. When we got back home i noticed that even my pajamas also smelled like smoke.

Shame on them We asked for Karadjordjeva and we got live meat not even semi cooked. Raw as it can be. After we called a waiter to complain he said well what to tell you. The room was OK, but a little noisy. The room I stayed in was opposite the storage room. The waiter didn't know there were guests inside, so he opened and closed the door heavily. I had just fallen asleep when I was woken up by the noise and came out to tell the waiter. The waiter was very embarrassed. I was very pleased throughout my stay. There was nothing missing, and the staff was very attentive. The location is also excellent, right next to the botanical park. It's very close to transportation networks, and there are also markets nearby.

We had an amazing experience at Flow Hotel. The room was clean, the view is amazing with the bridge at night and the bath! The service is beyond everything. We got service from the nicest person, his name Siniha (if I'm not wrong) nice guy with glasses. Such a hard-working guy with a great attitude. Overall, we are very happy to stay at Flow.

On river bank of Sava Nice pretty new comfortable hotel on a barge on Sava river (on Tsigan island). All good: view, staff, bedding, wifi, terrace facing river. Parking. But rating would deserve more 3.5* as some of equipment is not functional (one blind store and mosquito net not in rail). Breakfast with only 1 coffee! It is the hotel with the long tradition. Unique architecture across the river in the city center. I have lived in Novi Pazar 30 years ago, and now I come occasionaly 1-2 a year and always stay in Vrbak. It is nice hotel, clean, with tasty local breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recomend it warmly.

Novi Pazar The best hotel in Novi Pazar. The location is fantastic—right in the centre, within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and landmarks. The security men do a wonderful job managing the entrance and looking after guests’ cars in the hotel car park, which makes a big difference if you’re driving. The hotel is in a good location, even if you don't have a car you can reach it by bus from Nis city center. Sits in a mountainous part with great view. Some parts of the premises show the effect of time. When we stayed it rained and water found its way into our bathroom in the 5th floor. The breakfast was OK. The best think I'd say is how kind the staff was.

It’s a family owned hotel and they really are giving so much effort to keep everything in order and their clients satisfied. They were very polite and always happy to help. The room was clean, well organised and jacuzzi was a fantastic first-time experience. My girlfriend was really loving their cappuccinos. We had a great experience staying there. We were just one night, with spa, so ot was short but very nice. Spa was great. Room service included, but you have to go on the reception to order (which we didn't mind) we got 'slatko od višanja' with our coffee, and that was a nice touch. Overall, a nice stay.
