The toiletries were a great surprise to me, the shampoo and conditioner that I used was surprisingly good for my hair and I keep wondering what brand it was

I wish a staff sees my comment and responds with the brand name of the products so I could buy for myself :P Thank you for the relaxing stay. I will stay here again if I come back to Belgrade

The location is very good, free parking, and the breakfast is very colorful. Every time I stay, I taste a different breakfast, which is much better than the Pujiang Hotel I stayed in before

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade for my final trip of 2025, over New Year’s Eve, with my wife and another couple who are close friends. The hotel was clearly very busy, yet the service stayed consistently excellent

Breakfast and dinner have huge selection. The best part was the spa has several pools with different temperature. Our favorite was outside next to the heated pool

That all together extended and unnecessary complicated registration process. Other than that Resort was great

A gorgeous old style hotel, luxurious to say by far one of the nicest I’ve stayed at to date. The having secure parking and the buffet breakfast had plenty to support all tastes. The spa/ pool areas were lower ground

I had a short but pleasant stay in the hotel. It is right in the middle of the pedestrian street, which means you need to go through some traffic to reach it, but then it's great for exploring the center area

Rooms are of a good size and heavily furnished. I didn't get a chance to use the spa, but the staff were very polite and also parked the car for me. I expected a bit more from such a place - overall great experience

The spa is AMAZING, with a heated pool, multiple saunas, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and a resting area, and everything is opened until 23:00 ! Special shoutout to manager Gili who was so kind

The gym is small of a small size but enough for the amount of people who use it : 2 treadmills of newest generation, a few other machines, weights etc

The location of the hotel is quite good. 20 minutes walk to the popular places of the City. On the other hand, the hotel is comfortable and clean. the staff is kind, so the room prices are reasonable

Mona Plaza Hotel boasts an excellent location with views of the Danube River. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. It's highly recommended, offering fantastic value for money.

I must admit that Mona plaza was disappointment, from the very first start they didn’t had bell boy to help us with our luggage, very impolite reception, rooms were good but very cold ( no heating even though we told them) breakfast wasn’t so rich , we had ti wait 10 minutes for the omelette or yogurt

Not a good location for tourists, about a half hour walk from Republic Square. Not a lot of restaurants or bars around the hotel but there is a supermarket and drugstore handy

(The air conditioning cannot be controlled by individual room!) Even with the windows open in late October the room was uncomfortably warm. Breakfast buffet was all right with a good selection

The room is good, standard Hilton style, the breakfast is very good, the location is good, about 600-700 meters from St. Mark Church, about 10 minutes walk

Definitely very good value for money. The parking is underground and accessible only by elevator and that slows the process of in and out of the parking in general. As well as the parking is not cheap

Good, good environment, traditional facilities

There are delicious food in the alley behind. You can also go to the square to run in the morning. There are hotels on the hillside behind. There are many stray dogs nearby. This one is very friendly and jogs with me

The Mona Suite is generally ok, but the sofa bed makes the suite seem cramped. There is a swimming pool, sauna, and children's playground. The breakfast space is large and the food is ok.

We enjoyed two separate nights a week apart in this beautiful location. It's really close to the center, you can benefit from parking on premises at an extra cost

We called, and despite the short notice, she told us we could come in for the spa service without any problem. It also helped that, being low season, there weren’t many people—maybe two or three other clients besides us

I have been staying at the Emerald Hotel on and off for at least seven to eight years, and I’ve never had an issue with the property. I continue to rate my overall experience as excellent

My comment here is more of an observation than a complaint. Since the spa opens at 08:00, one would expect everything to be ready for use at that time, sauna warmed up, amenities prepared, and the area fully set

An expectation also 5 star experience just outside the city center. The nightlight of the stay was definitely the spa and pool facilities the indoor pool and saunas are world class and very well maintained.

However, on several occasions, the pool still had the cleaning snake operating and plugged in, and the sauna had not yet been turned on. In my opinion, the spa should be fully prepared before guests arrive

This seems like an easy fix—simply have someone come in a bit earlier to ensure the facilities are ready right at opening time. Ideally, preparations should begin around 07:00 so everything is ready for use by 08:00

We liked the hotel, the price-quality ratio is excellent, 5+. The breakfast is quite decent. Zlatibor is a good place in the mountains in a pine forest, a healthy place in all respects

It is situated just steps from lake and just behind the square We had half board and food was excellent There were mostly older couples bit we had good time

For rest and health improvement this is what you need. We ate in a cafe in the center, the view is good, nothing more to say. It is better to buy in a supermarket and have a snack of dry food or fast food

The hotel is the oldest in Zlatibor with Great location 3 min distance from the lake and it is renovated with very good taste. Bathroom very modern rooms are specious

It's also a good place to stay if you're traveling by car, as there is free parking available

Good breakfasts, we did not go hungry, there are even fruits, juices, their own pastries

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, it is clean and breakfast is good with a variety of choices. There is a gym you can use anytime, you just need to ask for the key at the reception

Rooms are small (economy in the adjacent building) but comfortable, I would only suggest they add a kettle for tea/coffee

Even though hotel is a bit retro style I found a comfortable bed, fast WiFi, minibar, lovely view to busy stations and met very friendly and professional people who love their job and offer a warm welcome

The Hotel Novi Sad is a jewel of 1979 architecture, of course rooms are renovated. The location right in front of Railway and Bus Station is most convenient

Stayed at Hotel M for 1 week during a conference. The facilities are nice and all area are clean. Guest rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff are pleasant and accommodating in most respects

It is plentiful enough that we really needed little lunch, other than the inevitable leftovers from the large dinners on earlier nights. The hotel is on major bus lines. So getting to the center of Belgrade is no problem

The only issue that we had was the inability to get two keys for the room. That was needed to allow me to have a key while attending the conference and my wife to have a key while doing other things

The return can be trickier as maps show many bus lines passing the hotel that are not actually running. If you want a taxi the hotel will provide a driver to your destination

Nice hotel. There is a forest in the back. The only issue was that i told the clerk twice for a wake-up call and never got one.

This is my second time staying here. The hotel is directly opposite the Republic Square and you can see the bronze statue from the window of the room. The hotel is very clean and I like the continental breakfast.
