I do not recommend this hotel! I had 2 nights of accommodation and both were a nightmare: the first night we arrived late (9:00 PM) and we were accommodated in a room that was not cleaned properly and looked like a 2-star room (the door handle was broken). The next morning we asked to change the room and were accommodated in a large, clean and beautiful room, as we expected from the beginning. Here...

The room environment is very good and the indoor fragrance is sufficient. The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide toiletries or slippers, nor does it provide breakfast.

I just returned from three days at Hotel Nevski and it was a perfect hotel experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is ideal for the city centre and there are good amenities close by. I will definitely stay at Hotel Nevski any time I’m going back to Belgrade. We had a wonderful stay and can‘t wait to come back again. The stuff is super friendly, the food delicious and it‘s really located near the center. My daughter and I had so much fun and felt like home.

Clean modern room. Hotel is clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has many good options. Many shops and places to eat within 100 meters. If your not from the area, driving can be slow at busy times. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

We had excellent experience. The rooms are clean, the breakfast was delicious, service was perfect. In my opinion only the parking space should be in the price included, or to be mentioned that it's not free during check in. We had to pay additional 30€ we didn't know about. I recommend anyway.

Luxury hotel. The accommodation is excellent, the rooms are neat and well equipped. The staff at the hotel are friendly. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The buffet breakfast is more than fantastic. Filter coffee is especially good. The terrace of the restaurant is beautiful, ideal for enjoying morning coffee and breakfast. Also, the hotel's parking lot is spacious and free.

I've been here flr a wedding and I can say it's a nice place to have a good time at weddings. Place is nice and decorated with a lot of taste. Stuff is polite and they are very good at doing their job.

The hotel is well located, with a stop nearby for the A1 bus to the airport. We had some trouble checking in; we arrived at 12:00, but the receptionist wasn't there, so we had to call and wait. There was a very strong draft from the window (we stayed in January). If it's just one night, it's fine. For a longer stay, I'd recommend a different hotel.

This place has apts too. There is only about 6 hotels rooms. The woman on reception is only there from 9am - 3pm. But you can ring a number if you need anything. My my was very modern & clean. It truly depends on what you’re looking for. For me, it was a night’s stay close to the freeway. The room was clean, the bed was ok, the pillows were soft, the a/c was working and it has limited parking for guests. Cons include lack of elevator, weak breakfast variety and it can get a little noisy depending on traffic.

Bar handles of stairs weren't steady, fridge didn't work, toilet flush button was gone, and its lid was broken. AC made noises that would wake me up. I really liked the idea of the room, but it seemed like everything was too old.

Due to a forced break I had to spend one night in Belgrade and checked in here. All good, big room, clean and price ok. Due to the street unfortunately a bit noisy at night but still recommendable.

They gave complimentary water on the first day, no more refills after that, perhaps its because I didn't ask for refills or perhaps it's only complimentary for the first day. It is very close to Airport City, so there are many business travelers. But why is the elevator so difficult to use, very slow and noisy. I won the lottery when I found this place!!! First of all, it’s super clean, everything is renovated, rooms are fresh and there’s everything you need for a very reasonable price. The people are amazing, and I could stay with my dog and a cat! I came to Belgrade to look for an apartment and I needed to stay somewhere for couple days, so these days at the Villa Ars were great, exactly what I needed....

The hotel is very well located for business matters and it has a big capacity. It is very convenient for me personally, so I might be coming back, however the truth is it is much worn out.
