I had 2 nights of accommodation and both were a nightmare: the first night we arrived late (9:00 PM) and we were accommodated in a room that was not cleaned properly and looked like a 2-star room (the door handle was broken).
The next morning we asked to change the room and were accommodated in a large, clean and beautiful room, as we expected from the beginning. Here the problem was with the heating overnight which did not work (the receptionist did not know how to help us) and we ended up sleeping in 15 degrees.
Disappointingly, staying at this hotel ruined our vacation.
The front desk had a bad attitude for two days. They couldn't treat us like this just because there were so many Chinese people staying.
It took more than half an hour to check in. The front desk was playing with her hair while talking on the phone. I asked if I could see the room first, but she said no, and told us to go to another hotel at the end of the street to ask.
