We stay there every year in summer. Staff are friendly, good culinary, new spa downstairs. Lobby bar is chill, it’s with gym, sauna, jacuzzi. View on Tatra side is fantastic. Strategic location for the hiking to Slieszky dom.

We were here on a team building. The food was nice and the staff were friendly. The bar should be open longer, especially with thirsty soldiers.

Likable place for your rest. The hotel has spa and there offer a tasty meal. We can see a lot of things during your walk to countryside. Staff is very helpful, kindly and dog friendly. There is a parking and WiFi free. All guests will get breakfast free. Good price / accommodate and services ratio. I recommend these place for tourism.

One night while traveling. For the price of one night, it could have been a bit more. The bowling alley was completely full, the pool was nice, but I quickly got tired of it. The breakfast was very good, and the surroundings and view are beautiful.

The hotel was dated but clean with parking outside. The receptionist was very helpful sold us bus tickets into town and explained where to get on and off the bus. Just 1.10 euro each way. Breakfast was plentiful. Great location for visiting Bratislava.

Highly recommended. Although it's not right next to the old town and its exterior isn't particularly striking, the rooms are very pleasant and functional. It's clean and offers a varied breakfast. Access to the rooms is via key or QR code on your smartphone, which is a plus. Uber is easily accessible from the hotel, and it's not expensive in Bratislava. There's also a tram station nearby.

A bit old, but nice hotel. Staff was really attentive and helpful. I was able to get an iron form the reception desk. There is no coffee/tea set in the rooms, but guests are offered free coffee and tea in the lobby which is also fine. Standard room size was above average. The only disadvantage was the smell coming from AC - this really needs to be cleaned and disinfected.

There is really nothing i did not like. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I got there before check in time she was very understanding and made sure my room was ready and let me go in it early with no problem. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

The location is very good 👍 It is close to all the scenic spots and the front desk staff is polite. My flight was at 9:30 a.m., and the staff prepared breakfast the night before and delivered it to my room.

Very clean and spacious rooms, and a great power shower. It was super quiet when I was there which I prefer it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It's very convenient if you want to visit the high Tatras mountains, and also Aquacity park is around the corner.

Quiet, nice and clean apartment house 100 metres from the railway station platforms - the best location in Tatranská Lomnica, especially if you plan to get around by train. The breakfast in nearby Vila Beatrice is fresh and has many options.

The accommodation is huge, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is great, the surrand is brilliant side of the High Tatra mountain. They have a huge parking lot behind the building, where you can always find free parking slots, unlike other hotels in the city center. We stayed at penzion Tematin for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and they spoke multiple foreign languages. The entire hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I can highly recommend this place to everyone.

Extremely cosy hotel, we had an amazing stay here. The restaurant here is the best one we visited in Slovakia. Perfect breakfast with great coffee and fresh fruits. There are bicycles for rent, it takes 5 minutes to ride to "spa island" - which is perfect for bicycle rides.

Restaurant doesn't seem to be a culinary place, but food is indeed great. I personally recommend Wiener schnitzel which was almost like in Figlmüller.

When we got to the room, we noticed it was only set up for one person, despite it being a double. There was no hot water, and the sink was clogged. They quickly fixed it, but we felt it showed a lack of attention to detail. The shower hook was broken. For a four-star hotel, we weren't expecting this.

We spent a week in this hotel and we noticed that the room was dirty, not cleaned through all week and the staff was not helpfull at all. The meals were quite well and the wellness was pleasant. Nice and not expensive place for skiing holidays with friends.

Very well priced rooms and very helpful service. The location is also fantastic with amazing views on all sides, including onto Mt Chopok. The pool is also good to have. However, the rooms are old fashioned and there is absolutely no variety in the buffet. There is hardly any choice at all.

Perfect location for e-bikes, hiking, homeofficing fast and reliable wifi, very friendly staff and very private as the property is surrounded by trees access to lifts is very straightforward as the hotel is directly on the slopes. I loved their gaming room / library perfect place to chill and watch netflix on the huge screen TV
