We stay there every year in summer. Staff are friendly, good culinary, new spa downstairs. Lobby bar is chill, it’s with gym, sauna, jacuzzi. View on Tatra side is fantastic. Strategic location for the hiking to Slieszky dom.

Likable place for your rest. The hotel has spa and there offer a tasty meal. We can see a lot of things during your walk to countryside. Staff is very helpful, kindly and dog friendly. Highly recommended. Although it's not right next to the old town and its exterior isn't particularly striking, the rooms are very pleasant and functional. It's clean and offers a varied breakfast. Access to the rooms is via key or QR code on your smartphone, which is a plus. Uber is easily accessible from the hotel, and it's not expensive in Bratislava. There's also a tram station nearby.

A bit old, but nice hotel. Staff was really attentive and helpful. I was able to get an iron form the reception desk. There is no coffee/tea set in the rooms, but guests are offered free coffee and tea in the lobby which is also fine. Standard room size was above average. The only disadvantage was the smell coming from AC - this really needs to be cleaned and disinfected.

There is really nothing i did not like. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I got there before check in time she was very understanding and made sure my room was ready and let me go in it early with no problem. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

Comfortable and clean hotel just outside Bratislava. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent—nothing special, but enough to start the day. A big plus is the good public transport connection to Bratislava and even a line that goes near Devín Castle. A convenient and pleasant place to stay if you're exploring the area.

Comfortable but far from Bratislava, everything is paid for. It was disappointing because the reservation offered use of the pool, which was not confirmed at the hotel, which also lists the pool as a separate charge, like other spa amenities. It's quite far from the attractions, but the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. It deserved more friendly service.

Hotel with guesthouse standard, but prices like star hotels. The price isn't justified here. We're talking about a 2-star hotel, or rather a guesthouse. The rooms lack soundproofing. Quiet, nice and clean apartment house 100 metres from the railway station platforms - the best location in Tatranská Lomnica, especially if you plan to get around by train. The breakfast in nearby Vila Beatrice is fresh and has many options.

When we got to the room, we noticed it was only set up for one person, despite it being a double. There was no hot water, and the sink was clogged. They quickly fixed it, but we felt it showed a lack of attention to detail. The shower hook was broken. For a four-star hotel, we weren't expecting this.

We spent a week in this hotel and we noticed that the room was dirty, not cleaned through all week and the staff was not helpfull at all. The meals were quite well and the wellness was pleasant. Nice and not expensive place for skiing holidays with friends.

Very well priced rooms and very helpful service. The location is also fantastic with amazing views on all sides, including onto Mt Chopok. The pool is also good to have. However, the rooms are old fashioned and there is absolutely no variety in the buffet. There is hardly any choice at all.

Spa shouldn’t be listed as an amenity if it’s an extra 65€ fee.  This hotel was generally overpriced for the quality offered.  Room was a bit shabby.   Breakfast was not the best and could get quite overcrowded.   The lunch menu was reasonable for 10€.

Hotel was okay, a little old but it was clean and safe; it needs some TLC. The gentlemen that greets you at the reception was very nice and professional. I read previous reveiws about this location and the reception gentleman must be the person the other reviewers wrote about stating how nice and professional he is. Worth the stay for a low cost.

The environmental price exceeded some of my expectations! The location is also good. The disadvantage is that you have to bring your own locker locks or buy them at the hostel.
