The hotel is nice and close to the train station but a little inconvenient to get there. The neighborhood is not that nice but does appear to be safe. Mass transit is easy to access from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was nice. They are accommodating if you want to leave your luggage after you check out.

The food is excellent, and I was pleased with the standard, as it has been some time since my last visit to the restaurant. My only minor concern is that the grilled ribs are now served on a plate rather than the wooden board, which I found to be a delightful and enjoyable part of the experience. I guess the hotel is good for family gatherings, for locals. Small garden is nicely designed and good looked after. Location not the best if you are short term traveler. For us, it was the pet-friendliness of the hotel that was the reason for booking. The rooms are nice and spacious with a lovely large balcony. The location is great, very close to the lifts that take you up the mountains. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

I could not take a shower during the whole three-day stay in winter due to lack of warm water

The hotel is just outside the old town in a quiet area. Its in easy reach of the bus and train stations so handy for public transport. Our room was compact but had everything we needed and was very warm, useful in December. Security is excellent. Excellent value with friendly staff.

The accommodation was fine, I had a beautiful view of the Tatras. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel, I recommend this hotel. This is best hotel in Poprad I've been to, I'll be definitely coming back. The view from my room was completely picturesque! Moreover the room was clean, modern, well equipped.
