This is a bit old but clean and quiet. I had been in the hotel for 1 week due to a seminar. The service was good and the cleaning ladies were kind and cleaned room perfectly. The location was also good. There is a subway stop within 15 minutes walking distance, so you can access anywhere you need to go.

A little old but, clean, nice breakfasts but reception is useless- cant solve any problem, week at english. We was leaving early and ask about any juice or sandwiches instead of breakfasts that we will lost beacuse of early leaving - impossible. We've lost 6x breakfasts, first hotel without any food packages.

The room is old, the facilities are also old, and the decoration looks old. The hygiene is OK, public transportation is inconvenient, and if you call a taxi in advance, there are not many drivers who accept the order.

Accessibility was good, the parking lot was large so it was easy to park, and the bedding was comfortable.
However, it was disappointing that the facility was a bit old and OTT service was not available.

Overall solid hotel experience - nothing fancy, but also not lacking in any meaningful way. Stayed 5 nights for a work conference.
The location is nothing special, but it’s a short walk to some restaurants/ bars and the metro. The forest/greenery in the immediate area is quite nice, and there’s a lovely river walk accessible nearby too. Closest area I’d recommend spending more time in is Gangnam (~25 min on metro).
The hotel room was pretty tight for two of us and all of our luggage - we had to specially request an iron. Otherwise, bed was comfy and everything else was fine.
The restaurant is very high quality - ate there for breakfast, lunch and dinner multiple times and all were fantastic! It’s a bit pricey.
The concierge/reception speak English, and were helpful (though not overly enthusiastic) with all of our needs.
Would recommend staying here overall!

This hotel, nestled near a forest, boasts a magnificent facade that distinguishes it from the boutique hotels in the bustling CBD of Seoul. However, don’t let its 4-star rating deceive you. In my experience, it’s far from the best in its category.
Despite the temperature reaching nearly 80°F in late April, the hotel does not provide air conditioning. When I sought assistance from the front desk, I was informed that they hotel has a strange policy not to provide AC outside of the “heat season”. I had to sweat sleep at night! Can you imagine how the women who are going through menopause can stay here?
The rooms, though rated 4-star, are dated and lack the cleanliness one would expect. The presence of a pesticide spray in the room suggests a potential infestation of roaches or other insects, which they don’t seem to hide.
The bathroom ceiling, made of wood and quite low, could potentially trap moisture and foster the growth of mold and mildew. Although I didn’t observe any during my stay, the concern was always there.
While many hotels have stopped providing toothbrushes in an effort to conserve the environment, the absence of dental care products in this hotel seems more like a cost-cutting measure than an environmental consideration.

Since the training was held at this hotel, I had no choice but to go here, but it can hardly be called a hotel.
