Tropicana Ibiza Suites - Adults Only in Playa d'en Bossa

The staff at Tropicana Ibiza Suites truly made my stay special, they were the heart of the experience. Young, friendly, helpful, and full of good energy. A huge thank you to José, who handmade a sweet, artistic door sign for my dog, such a thoughtful, creative, and precise touch. Carolina and Ivan were always cheerful and kind, and the lovely lady at breakfast brightened every morning. The staff at the Dorado were just as warm and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good and enjoyable each day.

However, I do feel the hotel is overpriced for the structure and quality of the rooms. The bed was quite uncomfortable and of poor quality: definitely not up to the standard you'd expect at this price point. Still, the staff and their kindness made a big difference and left me with beautiful memories.
