We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Giancarlo and Andrea. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism really stood out.

Giancarlo went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, always attentive, approachable, and ready to help with a smile. Andrea was equally fantastic, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and sincere. Both of them truly elevated our experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return because of the exceptional hospitality they provided. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this place ❤️ The rooms were so nice and clean, everything is at a walk distance and the staff was amazing specially Carmen at the reception. She made us feel so welcome and they were very attentive. Thank you for looking after us. Definitely recommend 😊

The rooms were clean and airconditioned, but most importantly everyone was SO NICE. All the staff working in the hotel were so sweet and accommodating, it really made our stay so nice. Gianluca at the reception is an absolute gem, thanks so much for your kindness! The location is great, we were very happy. We recommend this hotel to everyone!

Amazing location, clean rooms, lush pool. Giancarlo at reception and the lifeguard in particular were lovely! One downside is what we read in other reviews about the rooms being dark, but the lighting in the bathroom was good enough to compensate. The walls are also a bit thin so you can hear people being rowdy in the early hours coming back from the clubs, but since it’s Ibiza we didn’t mind too much and we were probably guilty of doing the same. That said, this hotel was everything we needed and the location was 10/10 for access to the beach, clubs, restaurants, and old town.

We stayed here as a couple for 2 night and had a really great experience. The location is excellent and very convenient. Playa d’en Bossa is lively, well-served, and full of things to do.

One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff: always kind, cheerful, and above all extremely helpful with any request or need, making us feel welcome from the very first moment.

A special thanks also for the last day: after check-out, they were incredibly helpful in keeping our luggage in their personal storage area, allowing us to fully enjoy our final evening and night out at the club without any worries.

Very positive experience, highly recommended!

The staff, both the cleaners and the reception team, were welcoming, Joseph in particular stood out. The room itself was pretty basic, it was fine for a short stay. There’s no lift, though with just two floors it’s not really an issue. The only downside was the noise, both from the street outside and at times from other guests.

It was decent overall. The room was pretty basic and could probably do with a bit of an update. There’s no lift, but I guess that’s fair enough as it’s only two floors. Staff were really friendly, both the cleaners and the reception team, especially Joseph. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street and from other guests.

Our stay was nice. The rooms were fine, nothing fancy but comfortable, the pool area was quiet with not many people around, and we especially want to mention Youssef, who was always super helpful.

What makes this hotel stand out is the 24-hour reception. Carmen was very kind. the location, just a 10-minute walk takes you straight to the clubs, perfect for nightlife lovers.
