THB Lanzarote Beach in Costa Teguise

For the price, this hotel is lacking in many things.
The rooms are very lacking, there is no extraction so unless you open the window which faces the entryway where all the other rooms are, there's no air flow. The mattresses are so worn out that you can see their curve without sitting on them but after laying you'll be pulled inwards and go down. The nights weren't very comfortable.

Then the meals which have quite a few options, are almost always based on the same things and the quality is very lacking. The replacement is not done as fast as it should and the food is not kept in containers that maintain the food hot which is just basic hotel behaviour and you can find even in 3 star hotels. Besides, the dining room is not very clean, the floors were always dirty and wet somewhere around the food buffet.

The hotel was having construction work the whole time we were there so it was impossible to rest by the pool as they were drilling and hammering the whole day. At least split the day so there are some hours of rest for your guests. Besides, having extremely loud music at the same time as they're working just adds to the cocktail of inability to rest.

The only good thing was the staff which was very nice and welcoming and problem solving. But there's only so much they can do if the organization is not there.

The location is great.

But I don't recommend this hotel.
