Oasis Lanz Beach Mate in Costa Teguise

I love this hotel. Second time I've stayed here. Just watch out for a certain waiter, he tries to flirt with my partner all the time and ignores me. Management needs to monitor their staff better. Aside from that, I plan to come back again.

I rarely post reviews — this hotel and that restaurant are the only two I’ve ever commented on. Both were based on personal, firsthand experiences.
I stand by what I observed.

We really enjoyed our stay again, reception staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast very tasty.
Room very spacious, the only slight negative was the cleaning of the room.

Room was great although noisy when people walk past any time of day
Food was good, especially the bbq area

Lovely big room, hotel clean and looked nice. Swimming pool really warm!

Needs an indoor lounge / bar and evening entertainment. We have drinks with dinner and at 9:15 we were asked to sit outside,
At 9:30 all the lights went out.
If you want a beer after 9:30 you have to go into town .
Not the best welcoming hotel 😕

Had a weeks holiday Oct 25. Would recommend this hotel . Staff very friendly , food was good with wide range . Rooms very comfortable and clean . 2 nice heated pools with plenty of sun beds . They do have a policy to stop people putting their towels on the sun bed and leaving for hours which is fair enough . Gym sufficient for what we wanted . Prices for food and drinks reasonable. Good location for local r restaurants and beach .

Great hotel and staff but evening meals were poor
The hotel and staff were great. The breakfast was good and varied. The evening meals were not very good and even though we paid for half board we ate out a couple of nights because it was so poor.

The property is new, clean, and functional. The reception staff is truly excellent. Super helpful, ready to help, and friendly.
The rooms are all new, and part of the resort is still under construction. We had a suite, so it was very, very spacious and comfortable.
The restaurant was also excellent. The food was fresh, good, and varied EVERY DAY. A meat or fish BBQ was available every evening. Omelets, French toast, and eggs cooked to order every morning for breakfast. The staff was also always very attentive and helpful, smiling, and kind.
Every morning, gardeners and housekeepers cleaned the entire area around the pool, watered the gardens, and took care of everything. The pool was very beautiful and clean, and the towel service was excellent.
The rooms were also made up and cleaned every day. Fresh towels were provided every day, and within a week, they even changed our sheets.
It was a truly fantastic stay. The only "negative" things (if you really want to find them) were the presence of a few cockroaches in the gardens in the evenings, caused by the numerous plants and palm trees, which were never swept properly or mopped from the floor in the room. I could tell by the hair that remained on the floor. But these are negligible details. Everything else was taken care of and cleaned.

What a beautiful Hotel, as centrally located as can be really.
We found the staff here (all the staff) to be AMAZING!!!!
Cannot praise them enough, from advice for places to go, to the buckets of ice from the pool bar, all very friendly and happy to help with anything requested.
Some of them even had a sense of humour to keep you on your toes!
Unfortunately, there has been some building work going on, but I can't say this really hammered our holiday some days it was a bit noisy but that's just the way of things.
We have had a great stay (made better by all the amazing staff) and would/will definitely return.
The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the beach, and bars, restaurants, cafes galore within steps of the entrance.
The x2 swimming pools were well cared for, with a lifeguard constantly tidying and rearranging the loungers as required.
They also did not let anyone claim a lounger and leave for the day ( i thought this was a nice touch ), so there was a constant flow of people around for as long as they wanted.
