Had an outstanding stay with Faustino Gran Was only there for 4 days, but had an amazing time with my family. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are outstanding, and extremely helpful at all times. The hotel room we had was perfect for us. Will be coming back next year

Beautiful hotel in a restored Palau, well positioned in the centre of old Ciutadella. Lovely facilities including a gorgeous underground pool and spa, and with several small unheated outdoor pools. The outside dining area was magical.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. In particular the outdoor areas are charming. The quality of the staff made our stay memorable.

We thought the staff were friendly and approachable.
Our room was lovely but frustrating there were no hooks anywhere to hang towels etc expect in the shower where they got wet. The room was so dark, the lighting so poor that we asked for a lamp but when we pulled it out of the plug to use it the wire came loose. This is a 5 star hotel , no tote bag for the beach awful hairdryer nothing to play music on and a totally different building to where breakfast was. Such simple things to make a difference.

Could be a five star but over promises on rooms and country club and under delivers. I booked a deluxe room direct with Relais and Chateau and had to complain about being given a standard double. The country club is a renovated farm house with pool and decking that is poorly maintained. The staff were good but the food and service just doesn’t match French Relais and Chateau hotels. Not worth €500 plus per night. As I left another couple were complaining to the manager about their room so perhaps a more common problem

Elegant hotel that is centrally located in Ciutadella. We loved this hotel and the only downside was the limited sun loungers with some guests leaving their towels down and then leaving for hours. Drinks are expensive too. It is a beautiful setting and the hotel has great facilities and excellent service.

The property is stunning. Three palaces all within a short walking distance of each other and beautifully designed and oozing with character. The location is amazing right in the heart of Ciutadella so you can walk to all the restaurants shops. What sets this property apart is not only its uniqueness but the amazing service from all the staff there. The GM is amazing and she’s very present. Their concierge team are superb and gave us excellent advice and were remarkably caring and proactive. We loved it so much we will be returning next summer.

Decent rooms (small but understandable for the area), good location in terms of being in the hub of Menorca. However, too many issues with management of the property...
To start the booking, their "concierge" is unresponsive to any questions you have about the area or specific details to your booking. After multiple emails about being excited to visit the area/confirming booking details, I received 0 response despite submitting several emails 2 months in advance...
My bigger issue with this hotel is that I got charged when booking. On my way to check out they said I was good to go and was well on my way. After checking my credit card statements I saw that that I was charged twice on separate occasions for the same stay.
After bringing up the fact, they admitted the error after several days of no response & all I got was a sorry.
Nauseating to think how many other people this has been done to.
Highly recommend the area but stay away from this management group. Poorly run is a compliment.
