Lovely week away here. Staff were all lovely, very helpful and informative. Apartment was large, comfortable and clean. We were room 517 and the view was really amazing. Very close to beach so we didn’t use the pool but saw it being cleaned daily. Takes about 30 mins to walk from one end of the bay to the other and there are plenty of shops, cafes, bars etc around within very easy walking distance...

We had a great family holiday here. The rooms were a little dated but were spacious and had everything we needed and were cleaned well daily. There were plenty of beds around the pool but you do need to get in there early to get one. The evening and breakfast buffet were great quality with a different range of things each evening. The entertainment was just ok. The staff worked hard but what was advertised...

All good, Less the water pressure and little far from center. Big rooms. Good WiFi. Good food. Nice personal. Very quiet.

Lovely aparthotel. Rooms perfect, clean and everything we (3 adults, 10yo, 12yo) needed. Ideally situated, 2 mins from excellent beach. Pool perfectly clean and well designed. Maid service daily - everything perfect. Cannot comment on the restaurant as we were fully self catering, but several good restaurants within 7-8 mins walk.

Everything was fantastic 5✨ - the only little thing that was missing was that the floors and balcony always felt a little sandy - not a big issue, but in the light of everything being perfect that’s the only improvement we could notice.

Loved this place. Food was excellent, so many restaurants and snack bars to choose from. Great quiet location and such a good selection of pools of all sizes. The kids entertainment was also a massive hit for our wee ones. We didn't need any help due to the place being run so well! All the waiting staff were so polite and made our stay very memorable.

We did a lot of research amongst Mallorca hotels where to go to and have chosen this one, didn't regret it. Is in a very good place, lots and lots of shops in 1 to 10 mins walk. The beach is clean, looks very nice and is in the top 20 beaches of Mallorca. We had an absolute great stay at Hipotels Mercedes. Staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is very clean. The location of the apartments is very good. Right in front of the Cala Millor beach. From all the apartments beach can be seen. Very close to local shops, restaurants. Excellent view from the apartments.

I would absolutely recommend this place for families or groups of friends. Direct view to the sea, big bedrooms and big living room, roof terasse with grill accessories... What else do you need?

Our first time staying here and loved every minute of it, hotel is spotless and all staff are very friendly, room's are a great size and very bright.. pool area is good plenty of sunbeds, we went in pool every day even though it was freezing but once your in it's fine loved the snack bar and the breakfast and lunch were good dinner at night could do with a bit more choice, great location for beach...

Went to Marins suites in October, for a four night break , this is a very luxurious hotel and complex which I would highly reccommend, The staff on reception were oustanding and so kind and helpful, as I had actually booked the wrong room , but after two nights, they did upgrade us, to the suite which I thought I had booked , so thankyou to the amazing gentleman on reception for so kindly doing that...

Overall, has to be a 5, my feedback and comments below are just some little suggestions to make the experience there even better. Firstly, the staff are all excellent especially Mari and Deseree.
