For the daily rate paid, they should include basic amenities like bottled water, coffee/tea replenish and not just as a welcome gift. Similar hotels/rates offer this. Breakfast was an amazing treat! If your hotel is “Adults Only,” this doesn’t mean it should be only for elderly guests from Germany. During our stay, it felt more like a nursing home than a hotel. Also, if it’s truly adults-only, why is smoking not allowed even on the balcony? Is it a hospital for the elderly? At breakfast, there is only one frying pan for omelettes for the entire hotel, so expect to wait 20 minutes just for eggs...

Just booked my second home for the fifth consecutive year. Just returned from a four night trip with friends. The hotel was lovely and the facilities were excellent. Plenty of choice of food and the drinks were very reasonably priced - the gents behind the bar were great fun. Stayed at the hotel Sabina Playa for the 3rd time and can honestly say it exceeds expectations. Exceptionally clean, amazing staff, food plentiful and with a great variety. Everything was good the room was clean and just a couple of minutes from the beach. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was really good. The staff was very nice, especially the restaurant team. The only small downside was that the rooms aren’t very well soundproofed; we could hear babies crying, people talking, and even snoring from other rooms at night.

Rooms was ok, however there is no kettle to make tea , no fridge to keep beer or water cold , every time you have to go out and buy the water and kept on table on hot weather. Hello, me and my wife had a blasting vacation in Mallorca, but the hotel needs way too many improvements ( the conditions are not 3 stars, unfortunately ). Perfect location, staff all friendly and helpful. We were all inclusive and it was great value for money and varied. Sunbeds are an additional cost and get snapped up quite quickly, but other seats and tables which are free to enjoy a drink or just to sit and read a book. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good shower. Breakfast is definitely a highlight – fresh, varied, and well-prepared. We didn't stay at the hotel, but regularly used the cafe on the sea front. The service was amazing, food and drink great and priced very competitively. Most days we was served by Noemi and she was fantastic, always smiling and interacting with our 2 year old sum. Will return here to use as our regular coffee spot when we return next year.

For us this resort was perfect. It's on the edge of the very touristy strip so walk in one direction and it's touristy and the other direction and it's quiet, cute little alcoves, no shops or touristy stuff for miles. Appreciate the staff here. Double checked booking made by booking.com and refunded the extra charge as I had registered 3 people but it had not come through so at the front counter I was charged more than I was quoted. They double checked it on their own volition at the front desk and once they found the issue provided they flagged me over and provided a refund. Appreciate the honesty.

Suitable for a few days away. Very central location perfect for festival weekend. Very attentive host, always available and very helpful. The room was clean and a heater is provided for the winter months. The walls are thin so you can hear almost everything. We were very lucky as the host moved us to a nice, quiet room with a sea view. Excellent hotel, very clean, good value for money. About 25 minute walk along a lovely promenade to the centre. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return. Only two minor issues, the food was very good but needs to be hotter and would be nice to have tea making facilities in the rooms.

We arrived at the hotel around midday, our room was ready and the lady on reception explained everything really well, you are given free pool towels which you can change at any time. Cannot rate this hotel and staff highly enough! Hotel is spotless and staff are very helpful I think this has to be one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at. Great selection of food available at mealtimes as well. Peaceful round the pool during the day and none of that mad scramble to reserve a sunbed! Would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday

I arrived at 12:15 but my room wasn’t ready until 2pm so I left my case in the secure room and the receptionist gave me a towel to go and relax down by the pool .
