Great holiday with my wife and 6 year old.

The good :
- The Entertainment team are amazing.
- The Kids clubs are well done and staff are kind.
- Plenty of amazing food in the buffet restaurant
- Transfers were easy and well managed.
- The staff took the time to decorate the resort with all the Halloween stuff and it looked amazing.

Ideas for improvement :

- We were unable to book any of the specialty restaurants, it appears that noone we spoke with was able to book the specialty restaurants either because they were “fully booked”. As we walked past every time, they only have 1 table in at a time it appears.

- Every single outdoor pool was unbearably cold. We could only spend 30/40 minutes in before coming out and warming up. This also includes the baby pool. The heated indoor pool in the spa has a limited time that allows kids. It became a running joke around the pool from everyone how cold the water was.

Would I return? Absolutely. (I would take a wetsuit though)

Loved this place. Food was excellent, so many restaurants and snack bars to choose from. Great quiet location and such a good selection of pools of all sizes. The kids entertainment was also a massive hit for our wee ones.
We didn't need any help due to the place being run so well!
All the waiting staff were so polite and made our stay very memorable.

The hotel has nice green area and the staff is very nice. The food is good. The mattresses in double bed were 2 single which made sleeping as a family/ couple impossible. Location is very good, good entertainment and rooms are quiet, ac is working, th place is clean. They playground though needs urgent renovation, it’s mainly for older children and rusty, a bit unsafe, very little shade for the little ones. The pools are too deep, we couldn’t use them as we are not confident swimmers.

Can’t complain about the hotel at all. You pay for what you get and is only 5 min walk to aldi/the strip and the beach. Majority of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn’t have much issue with the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner times, and really good variety for our 1 year old. A lot of German visitors at the hotel however most speak English anyway. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone going on a budget holiday

What a place to stay, nothing too much trouble and we had plenty of chats and games with all the staff and entertainers, so much so, both my kids have asked to go back there next year. Very clean hotel, nothing too much trouble, TUi reps were great and the food was varied and extremely nice. There are 3 restaurants on site also, which you can book into each once while you're there. Italian (unfortunately we didnt manage this one), indian, which was lovely and chinese which we did on our daughters birthday. It was great and they went the extra mile for us by decorating the table with confetti and balloons and even made her a cake and all sung 'happy birthday' for her - what a memory we have. All in all a massive 5 ⭐️ from us and we hope to see you all again soon 😁

Fantastic family holiday went in September the weather was perfect. We have two boys (10months and 4 years) the hotel was perfect for them but would definitely have lots to do for older kids aswell. It is 1 hour to the airport but once you arrive you don't need to leave the hotel as it has absolutely everything on site. The staff were fantastic 10/10 in particular the lovely ladies who work in the baby room (0-36 months). We did lots of activities(kayaking, body boarding, swimming) , loved the daily HV quiz by the pool, and big thanks to the amazing swim coaches Ana and Liam. Our son had never had swim lessons before and after a few lessons he was so confident jumping in and out of the pool.

We’ve just returned from a 4-night package with EasyJet. Arrival was smooth enough – landed at 8.30 pm, but the transfer took around 2.5 hours and we were one of the last drop-offs. Coach driver didn’t know how to drive, one gear all the way. On arrival, the receptionist was fantastic. She even walked us to the restaurant for a late-night bite while she checked us in and later escorted us to our room because it was so late. Sadly, the positives end there for the accommodation. The Room (Block 4) We booked a one-bedroom apartment and were given 4102 in Block 4 (across the road from the main hotel). The first thing that hit us was the stale, damp smell. The air con is only in the lounge and doesn’t reach the bedroom. Ants were everywhere, including the bed. To make matters worse, the room phone didn’t work so we had to trek back to reception. We were moved to 4107, which still smelled musty but was ant-free. In daylight we noticed a dirty toilet seat, a bogey on the wall, hair and debris on the bathroom floor, and a wet poor repair to a cracked shower tray. The room was also right on the walkway so everyone could see in. After another trip to reception we were finally moved to 4205 – no smell, no ants, but still no air con in the bedroom. The sofa bed was squeaky and uncomfortable and after 4 nights your back is in bits. There’s no Wi-Fi in Block 4 at all – you have to go to the main hotel to get a signal. Lighting outside the rooms is also poor. Food & Facilities The pools and bars are kept very clean and tidy. Food is what you’d expect for a 3-star – ok but repetitive. Poolside snacks were poor and the same every day. The tennis courts were well maintained (€3 racket hire per hour). Location Aldi, restaurants, nightlife and shops are nearby, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk. Overall The staff were friendly and helpful and we did enjoy aspects of the break. However, Block 4 is far from renovated, with clear signs of water damage, dated interiors and hygiene issues. We even found a cockroach the size of a Mars bar in the shower on the last day (thank you to the maintenance man who removed it). This hotel needs significant improvements before we would consider returning.

Came for 10 night amazing start to finish we will definitely be coming again The food was amazing the best all Inclusive hotel I’ve ever been to amazing staff they was great with my 5 year old great for family’s Staff was all so helpful couldn’t do enough Our room was specious clean and modern All inc drinks lots of choice we watched the entertainment a few nights which we all enjoyed just 10 min walk to the beach and centre aldi nearby Can’t wait to come again

We had a lovely time at club Simo, it is a lovely hotel which is great for young families, we have a six year old and he loved it. The pools are great, and there are plenty of sun beds, we never had a problem getting one. The staff are lovely and make you feel really at home especially Christian, and all of the pool bar staff. The life guards work really hard too and are really friendly. The food is typical 3 star not lots of choice but always fresh and the dining room is always very clean, we never saw any flies around especially in August. The whole hotel is kept very clean. The hotel is in an excellent location for Callor Millor, its 5 minute walk to the main area which has a great atmosphere at night. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.
