The breakfasts were standard but quite tasty, and dinners offered a wide variety of options, especially meat dishes. There are plenty of attractions, pools, kids’ pools, and animations – mainly for children but also for adults. A small rooftop bar with a jacuzzi and a nice view was a pleasant surprise. Our basic room was very spacious, with a large balcony and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains...

Not what I booked! I went 3 weeks ago with my son and his family. They booked a 2 bed apartment and I booked a pool view in the hotel. I did not get a room in the hotel but was told my hotel room was in the building next door. My hotel room turned out to be an apartment…the most basic ‘hotel room’ I have ever stayed in…the floor was lifting around fridge, which had obviously been caused by a leak...

The hotel is nice and modern, the food is well done, the swimming pool is also fantastic, but the one thing to notice is that waiters barely speak English. If you ask them something in English they answer you in German.

A fantastic couples long weekend away. Great service from reception (even before we arrived), the restaurant and pool service. The massage in the spa was one of the best my wife has had. The facility is new but don’t waste your money for the side sea view upgrade. It will depends on which floor you get. If you are unlucky like me in the first floor You won’t able to get any view from the room.

My stay at Hipotels Flamenco in Cala Millor was superb. Room with sea view was exceptional with staff and restaurant/buffet excellent. The variety of food available for our half board was the best I have experienced. A lovely adult only hotel directly next to the sea. We stayed in a poolside room. It turned out to be a great room and quiet at nighttime. Some rooms overlook the road where there are nightly acts that preform which are very loud. If you want to stay here book a pool view or sea view to eliminate the noise at night. Not a pleasant experience. We checked in late and the rooms were not ready. We had to make the children's beds as there were no maids available. Water for drinking is not available in the rooms. For a 4-star hotel, it is very poor in terms of entertainment, has little variety of food and only offers food at 3 times, breakfast/lunch/dinner.

I am writing this review whilst I am still here incase anyone is feeling apprehensive. I was worried after reading some reviews in relation to many things as we all do, holidays are alot of money!!! I don't want to go on and on so.... There are only negatives if you choose we are from n. Ireland and yes the majority of guests are German who cares I'm here to be with my family not make new friends...

Can I firstly say that the hotel, its staff and the facilities were excellent. However, as an English family, the all-inclusive food left a lot to be desired . The food was not always hot and based around French/German options and nothing for their British guests. So bad were the choices that we ate out most of the time, although we paid for all-inclusive meals.

Lovely hotel in a quieter part of the area, very close to the beach. Entertainment was not great but they did at least have something on each night. Just not to my tastes. More for the older community. Lots of choice for food each meal. Pool was maintenance and looked clean.

I give thumbs up for this hotel. We were more than satisfied with everything. Food was just excellent with all different choices. We just missed watermellons in the buffet :). My husband and I have just returned from 10 days at Hotel Girasol and we have had a brilliant time. Hotel staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Food is absolutely amazing and dining room very well run. Plenty of sunbeds both around the pool and on the terrace. Hotel very close to the beach and central for shopping etc with lovely promenade walks.

The hotel staff were so incredibly professional, down to earth an welcoming...Fernando was stand out as he was very funny too. Facilities, food and entertainment were all great and my family had a wonderful time here. Went for 3 nights as a quick birthday trip. The hotel is lovely. Very clean , really comfy beds . We got a great sea view. The staff were really friendly

Excellent hotel, very clean, good value for money. About 25 minute walk along a lovely promenade to the centre. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return. Only two minor issues, the food was very good but needs to be hotter and would be nice to have tea making facilities in the rooms.

Cannot rate this hotel and staff highly enough! Hotel is spotless and staff are very helpful I think this has to be one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at. Great selection of food available at mealtimes as well. Peaceful round the pool during the day and none of that mad scramble to reserve a sunbed! Would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday

I would like to start to say a big thanks to every member of the staff. In particular Ana, the receptionist and Maria the lady that worked at the restaurant. They were both very helpful and so kind to us. I also would like to thank the people that worked at the kitchen for helping us out with the cake so we could celebrate my niece’s birthday.
