Loved our stay here, very clean, relaxing and handy for the beach and shopping area. There are 3 buildings we were in the main one. If you are after a gourmet experience this isn't the place for you but it's 3 star, what do you expect? There IS something for everyone and if you don't like the lunch/dinner menu the snack bar is open in between from 12 for nuggets, chips, burgers hotdogs and toasties. I personally was happy with the food and my friend is a fussy eater and so was she! Some people seem to forget they have paid for a cheap holiday and expect 5*, they ain't going to get it. If you pay for greggs, you aren't going to get Marco Pierre White! Plenty of activities for the kids, 3 walk in pools with plenty of sunbeds, entertainment was ok too. I liked the idea of the €1 for the token which you swapped for the cup (it's a plastic beaker) every time you went to the bar they took the cup and gave you a clean one (unless you were using the self serve pop/slushy machine) If you were wanting to go out of the hotel and not take the cup with you they swapped it for the token so you could stick it in your purse. If you lost your cup/token you have to pay another €1 to replace it because of this no-one is having to come round to clear tables looking for empties etc. I had signal on my mobile so didn't need WiFi but they do charge for it. Reception was busy at check in times but they were always attentive Rooms are basic but clean, and towels are changed when you leave them in the bath for the cleaners. Everything clean and tidy when we came back to the room.

We stayed at Club Cala Romani for the first time back in 2017 and thought we would try it again. There are a lot of negative reviews regarding food at this hotel. If you want a huge selection of different foods you’re going to need to pay for more than a 3* hotel with more restaurants. Having said that I don’t even think the food offer is bad. There is a snack pool bar that serves toasties, hotdogs and burgers from 12pm until dinner starts at 7pm. Then the main restaurant always had a fish option a couple of pasta options, a meat dish. And then pizza chips potato’s vegetables as well as bread and salad and fruit. The main meat option was different each evening; roast duck, veal stew, steak, lamb, freshly carved pork. The entertainment team are brilliant they entertain children of all ages and adults all day with different activities and then kids mini disco, followed by a show of some sort in the evening. Rooms are clean and comfortable, air con in our room was really good (102 galatzo), a big improvement on our last trip. Would definitely return.

We checked in late and there was a queue so we had to wait a while so we were exhausted when we got to our room. Room was very basic but it was clean and a place to sleep. We had a sea view so I was happy about that. Food was good. Pools clean . The beach nearby was stunning. The staff worked their socks off they were amazing! Just one young receptionist that had attitude with me but I didn’t let it ruin my holiday. All on all we had a lovely time.

The hotel facilities are excellent the pool area is beautiful and always spotless, and there were plenty of sunbeds , reception staff were polite and welcoming, and the bar team worked very efficiently. The food was good, but I think more vegetarian options would make it even better. Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay and would return

We had a relaxing stay at this hotel , the staff were friendly, the pool area was clean , and the location near the beach was perfect. It offered everything we needed for a simple and enjoyable holiday, great value for money 💖

The hotel was brilliant very spacious and very clean. The food was very repetitive and many nights we were eating out. Overall One superb holiday. One thing what I have to say is Daniela on reception is a pure gem 💎 for this hotel. Extremely helpful, kind and obviously doing her job with love. Definitely deserves a credit because she's doing a brilliant job. Not many people like her. One of the other girls who worked at the reception was very arrogant i didnt catch her name unfortunately when I went to ask about the bus times she very very cheeky and I came next day looking for Daniela or somebody else to help me. I don't understand how can somebody like this with this attitude work as a receptionist. Daniela is the best 100%.
