Good holiday, great staff, small let downs
Great staff, lots of kids entertainment, good food with variety. Room was the only let down with a revamp needed - rotting wood and black mold which is a shame to be it’s only real let down.

The staff is extremely hard working and always polite.
But:
The noise level in the restaurant is extreme — you can’t even make yourself heard across the table. To get there, you have to pass through a game room blasting sound at full volume, so your ears are already ringing before you sit down to eat.
It’s technically all-inclusive, but be prepared to either bring euros or come up with creative excuses to avoid paying extra for waffles, cotton candy, kiddie rides, or trampoline time.
We’re not a picky family, but staying here was a bit exhausting. If you enjoy constant noise and kids everywhere, this might be your kind of place — otherwise, you may want to think twice.

This resort is great if you have young children. There is really nothing for adults to do. The evening show, pool setup and outdoor activities are all geared to kids. I only stayed for 3 days, but would have been bored if I stayed for a week. There are excursions off the resort and a small town and beach nearby to walk to, but we did those in one day. There is one very noisy buffet restaurant. That's it. Having said that, my son loved it.

We had a fantastic stay with our two young children. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of food and drink options to choose from.
The only two downsides were the extremely loud atmosphere in the main restaurant, which made meals a bit stressful, and the beach shuttle service. While the shuttle is a thoughtful touch, it only seats six people, so we ended up waiting around 30 minutes both to and from the beach to ensure we got a spot.

Great hotel and holiday
Great experience , great 4 star hotel. Good entertainment coming for the summer and great food options.

Overall we were happy with our holiday in this hotel. The room was fine, albeit a little dated and could do with some refurbishment, we were a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) the kids “beds” were the sofa and a pull out bed, not ideal but we pushed them together and the kids loved this idea. We also had an issue with our shower leaking into the bathroom which I have seen on other posts, we did report this and it was attempted to be fixed but to be fair to the hotel I don’t think it can be fixed without changing the door for the shower.
The food was hit and miss, some nights very good variety and other nights not so much but I guess that is down to personal taste. There is not a lot of options for kids I would say but again I guess that depends on what your kid would eat. The restaurant doesn’t seem big enough for the amount of guests so it can be a bit busy but the staff keep the tables clean in a very timely manner so it’s not so bad.
Pools are fine although in the busier summer months I can imagine it being a bit of a rush to get a lounger.
Entertainment at night is good, kids disco at night keeps them happy. We stayed in the Mallorca building which has a great view of the stage from the balcony which is perfect if your kids don’t like loud noises too much like our son. Kids club was fun although we weren’t exactly sure what was happening and when until the second half of our holiday so we missed a lot of activities. The game room is very dated, some of the machines either aren’t on or don’t work, same with the rides in the seating area, the majority of them were off for the whole week we were there.
All in all we had a good stay here and we enjoyed ourselves so I would recommend but maybe temper your expectations of a 4 star hotel because in reality I think Eurocalas is more like a 3 star for what you actually get but it is still a good hotel for a family to enjoy a holiday

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, good food, plenty of Sun loungers, fab pools (especially the kids one), a tad far from everything but the bus stop is outside hotel and you’re in shopping area in 10 mins, a short walk away from bars showing UK football, very clean. We had a fab stay and my 3 year old Grandson loved it.

It's not a 4 star hotel.
From flies coming up the drains to rats being caught and/or poisoned.
The food was reasonable however a lot of it was clearly bought in. The staff were all friendly.
Long story short we had to swap several rooms. Which rectified our situation to some degree. I ended up paying more.
The coast area is beautiful however the hotel is quite far away. Not that this was an issue.
The hotel needs some serious renovation and the lifts are horrific. Even the staff cleaners complained about them to us.
We won't be back which is a shame as the staff were generally excellent.

We enjoyed it, we found some great areas to entertain our daughter.
Wonderful staff and friendly.
The condition is not at the top and needs a renovation this winter.
However, I strongly recommend it as it has all you need to have fun.

Our son caught hand foot and mouth from the pool. Furious as from reading other reviews he seems like a common problem. Why arent they communicating the issue and resolving it? We would never have let him in the pool with warning
