We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very well located, right in the center with small shops, and the beaches are less than a 10-minute walk away. The reception was excellent. There are plenty of activities for all ages, with charming and cheerful entertainers. There are even organized excursions, which I highly recommend. A big thank you to Carol, who guided and advised us throughout our stay, until we had to undergo a Covid test to return home.

Beautiful beaches in a beautiful area. Excellent food. PLEASE NOTE that the area is divided into regular and "VIP" areas. Therefore, not every pool is accessible. And that was not great.

My partner and I booked this hotel for a cheap getaway for our anniversary (however, for October this still cost us £1,200 together). The room walls were extremely thin - you can hear everything next door, from showering to people whispering next door. We would sit out on the balcony until around 12am to ensure not to disrupt neighbours sleep. We ate out 4/6 nights - the food is alright but not much variety. There is really nothing nearby and it felt we were in middle of nowhere - looked at ubers to get to bigger towns with better restaurants (20 minutes drive) and were being charged over £170 to get over in the evening which we avoided. The hotel was pretty clean, thats probably the only perk i experienced. Unfortunately, I would not return. I felt it was a huge disappointment to a first year anniversary and not something I will look back on as a fond memory. I could go on but I will just say if you are a younger couple, maybe under 35, I would highly recommend to avoid this hotel.

The hotel is outdated but atmosphere here is great…. The animation team is the best … I have never met before that great team…. Boys from animation especially: Billy Zino Amino Gringo are very friendly and looking after the customers here…. You will enjoy here even if this is not what you would expect… Food is great and drinks are okay… Bar tenders are the best and very friendly…. Amer Imed Somhoiel Noetez …. I think management needs to take care about the staff customers building and the rooms…. The time has stopped here about 10-15 years ago…. But people working here make great job and working hard for the hotel to make people comfortable….

The hotel in general is very clean and the room was lovely. We paid for the premium package and booked a sea view room and we truly couldn't fault this aspect of the hotel. Lovely view of the sea and could see the sunrise from our balcony. The sliding doors open right up and we could see the sea from the bed! However, we chose not to get our room made up at all during our 7 night stay as on the first day of our holiday we overheard another guest complaining to staff that they had all of their phones/money/valuables stolen so we didn't want to risk this happening to us either. The noise levels were only loud at night when we could hear the entertainment from our room but we enjoyed sitting on our balcony and listening to the entertainment as opposed to being down at the actual show. The main pool area was fairly busy at all times and sun loungers are quite close and packed together. It was also quite busy with children but this is understandable as this was really the only area with slides and a kids pool. A lot of other reviews on here said that there were no other pools apart from the premium area which we used a few times as it had a separate bar and some sun loungers that sat facing the sea which was lovely. However, we found 2 smaller secluded pools which it seemed like most people were unaware existed which was nice to sit and relax without the larger crowds. In terms of the food we found this aspect of the hotel pretty substandard. There was not much variety and found ourselves eating out most nights even though we had paid for the all inclusive package. We were told that our package included all drinks but on the first night we tried to order a cocktail that we had ordered that same day during the day and the bartender (quite rudely) informed us it was €3 per drink. We also found the soft drinks to taste quite strange - maybe something to do with the bartenders constantly spraying wasp/insect repellent around the dispensers?! In addition, we found the reception staff to be a bit unhelpful. To start with when trying to change our towels, we had to wait for 30 mins before being served (even though there was a queue of people checking in and other guests with queries one of the receptionists sat behind the desk and left the other receptionist to deal with the queue). Also, I had asked a few days into our stay about late checkout due to our flight being later at night and was told to come back the day before departure to book it. With us leaving on the Wednesday, we returned on the Tuesday to book it only to be told it was not available and we should have come earlier in our stay to book this facility. The location of this hotel is also pretty remote with not much to do around the actual hotel. There are some shops out the front of the hotel that we visited most nights for a wander. There are also a few nice bars/restaurants which we ate/drank out at quite a few of the nights due to the hotel restaurant being significantly lack luster. Out the

Me my husband and our 5 friends stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. We booked premium, and although some of this was closed due to the time of year, we still had a great stay. The rooms are very clean, and the premium pool area was also great. The only thing I would suggest is that the snacks had a cover over them to stop the insects landing on them. One evening we did have to que for the restaurant, but this was only because the weather was bad that day, and the outside seating area was closed. You will always find something to eat, freshly made pizza, and omelets. Ignor any negative reviews. The staff were amazing and very welcoming. We will be back next year.

Excellent hotel! It offered everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The rooms are excellent, only the double beds could be better, as they constantly separate, making you fall off the mattress. The food is phenomenal (if you like Mediterranean cuisine, but there was a truly varied selection). The bars are excellent, and the bartenders are cheerful and smiling. The cocktails are also excellent. Every day after dinner, there was an open-air stage where you could enjoy cocktails and a show (live music or a dance show).

If you looking for a typical all inclusive holiday, this place is it. We’ve come back from a short holiday feeling a bit disappointed but ultimately, you get what you pay for! Location is about a hour from the airport. Closest beach Cala Domingo’s is lovely but gets super busy. There are sunbeds to rent for €15.50 (2 beds). Not an awful lot to do close by and transport can be expensive if using taxi’s, buses run every hour but can take a while to get to destination. If you are renting a car, i’m sure location wouldn’t be too much of an issue. Can definitely recommend the irish bar across from the hotel, which we spent a few nights in and the Martinelli beach club (5 min walk) for dinner- food was great! Food is a typical all inclusive buffet. Breakfast was great- lots of choice. Lunch and dinner were okay but slightly repetitive. The Chinese theme night was the best food night. No complaints apart from one particular staff member working the outside seated balcony area who quite clearly hates her job and interacting with people. We didn’t see her smile once during our stay and she was quite abrupt with guests. Rooms are okay. The main issue I had was the noise levels. The walls are super thin to the point where you can hear the person breathe in the room over. Other guests in upstairs rooms drag furniture which is incredibly loud and we had a few nights of broken sleep due to noise levels. The hotel seemed a bit crowded compared to the amenities also. There is only 1 bar open in the classic section past 8pm which is right by the main stage, if you didn’t want to watch the evening entertainment, you had to walk down and wait in a queue to get a drink. The main pool is busy with sun beds that almost sit on the lap of the person next to you. I’m assuming in quieter months it’s no issue but being there 2nd week of September, it felt busy. No issue getting a sun lounger- just did get busy most afternoons. Adults pool sunbeds were full most days but a lot more spread out and quieter area in general. A positive is that most of the staff (apart from the one mentioned above) are great and really friendly. Entertainment staff, restaurant and reception staff interacted well with guests, were always friendly and chatty. I wouldn’t return.
