We visited this hotel as a family of 7, inc 3 children 8, 6, 6. We arrived late on Tuesday eve so Wednesday was our first proper day. We booked through TUI. No Tui info/rep anywhere. We were all inclusive and went down for breakfast - nothing looked great but hash browns looked ok. Took one bite - STILL FROZEN, not cold, Froze! Informed a waitress who said she would pass it on - not phased at all. I waited 5 or so mins but could not believe - so went upstairs to reception to ask for manager - told he was too busy to come and that someone would call me tomorrow… came back down, still serving frozen hash browns - asked to speak to chef. No chef but a kitchen or restaurant manager came. Initially said, there’s nothing now we can do if you or anyone else is ill… but then seemed to understand the frustration. This left me concerned about the food standards for the rest of our holiday - again though the food wasn’t 4* generally anyway so we often lived on chips. This hotel does not have an a la carte which we’ve also never known with a 4*. The next day guest relation Paloma arranged to meet me to chat. She again insisted the food was cooked and that we would have been ok and that it was technical fault in the kitchen, she offered my room “premium” which funnily enough we couldn’t pay for the day before… I said we had 7 in our family not 4… she went away and offered premium on our last day as “compensation” and I politely declined given how all of the above unfolded. The next complaint is one I can’t believe I haven’t read before (I will inc photos). The children’s pool with some slides is connected as one to an incredibly deep pool with no railings or secure cut off - meaning children can step off the invisible drop - and sink like anchors. My autistic boy did this - obviously we were literally on the side watching and jumped in to get him (he was fine luckily!) no lifeguards for the first few days. My boyfriend was acting lifeguard after that for two days (became a running joke with other guests) - and he pulled 5 children from the pool who got into difficultly - the children’s slide drops the kids into the deep end (it went over my head and I’m 5ft 6) so it’s clear to see how this could be so dangerous. We did not relax for the entire holiday. We were given an inflatable jacket - which must be on hand due to the dangers - regardless you could not relax at all. I think one of the parents of a girl that Brad pulled out must have complained because there was one lifeguard the next day, followed by two after that. There was tiles falling off or being found in and around the pools all the time. All of the kids had small cuts on their feet, as did a family next to us - we can only assume it was from the pools. The water features for children were turned off A LOT and the middle kids pool was turned off for maintenance for an entire day - to fix a lot of damaged tiles - and it was filthy and barely used after this. We never seen any pool hygiene/water maint

The hotel is very clean, although we did see a few large cockroaches; one even woke us at 4 a.m., and another ran across my foot in reception. Food is good with lots of variety all day, including burgers, pancakes, ice cream, and sandwiches. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the entertainment team works hard day and night. Great for children. Drinks are mostly local brands but plenty of choice, with the option to pay for well-known labels. The beach is just a 10 minute walk away, beautiful, with €15 sunbeds and a snack bar. Main concern: the swimming pool. It has sudden depth changes from 3 ft to 6 ft and beyond, with little warning signage. Two children’s slides end in the shallow part, but one goes straight into the deep section with no signs. During our stay, children had to be rescued daily, often by guests rather than lifeguards. This is a serious hazard that could be fixed with better signage and more attentive lifeguards. Overall, a good hotel with great food, staff, and location, but the pool safety issue is a big downside.

Hotel was very clean, staff were quite helpfull when they wanted to be. Hotel mainly for families with young kids. The 2 bars we were using were ok but the opning / closing times were not thought out. The 1st bar was tagged onto a cafe half on inside half on outside. When on side was opened the other side was closed. If you wanted to drink after 8 pm you had to walk a fair way down a hill within the complex where the ampi theatre was and you pretty much had to watch the animation shows. I might add there was no toilet near this bar. Nearest toilets were a slog away in the hotel. This Hotel badly needs a proper Bar in the hotel. There was another bar on the roof of the -1 annexe which you had to use as an upgrade at £12 each per day Never saw more than a dozen people at it. On the whole like all inclusive, what food you got the 1st week, you enjoyed the 2nd week. This Hotel needs to sort out a bar inside the hotel that opens till 11pm. Will not be returning.

Unfortunately the hotel’s restaurant does not live up to their 4 stars standards!!! The different buffets are in each corner of the restaurant which makes a very noisy and chaotic atmosphere and makes it impossible to enjoy a peaceful meal. Every guest and staff is constantly running around the tables. Small children is allowed to get food from the buffet without an adult which is very unhygienic. You have to wait outside the restaurant for long to get a table and when you stand in a long queue to the buffet the waiters give your table to other guests cause they can’t keep track of when a table is free or not even though there is full drinks at the table. The restaurant is not for enjoying a meal but a fast track canteen! This is both for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

DO NOT RECOMMEND Returned from this holiday seriously poorly and admitted into hospital after obtaining SALMONELLA poisioning from the food. Everyday there was poor choice, overcooked and left over food which was cold most days. Oh then when we was asleep before 7AM one day a cleaner entered our room and started cleaning whilst we was asleep. If you don't want to end up dead or have your invasion of privacy interrupted I'd consider another hotel!!!

We spend 11 nights(2 adults and a child) and it's a decent experience, we didn't go for premium option and still enjoyed it. What makes this place stand out from other hotels is the people who work there, the staff at the bar,restaurant,front desk and especially the entertainment team top level! Beach front location close to 2 beaches also a cross the street is the local shopping center if you are into that. But yes I would recommend this place if you are looking for family hotel with a lot of kids running around and having fun!

Had a really great stay here at the end of July. Rooms we had were great with working air con and fan. Food was really good everyday. Lots of variety with some theme nights thrown in. Plenty of snacks throughout the day as well. Drinks were good. We were in the normal pool area. Plenty of seating and generally a sunbed or two going spare. We never used it, but past the tennis court are more sunbeds and another pool. Staff were great with good entertainment throughout the day and into the night.

I’ve just returned from a stay at this hotel, and it’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help. We opted for the all-inclusive package and stayed in a room on the 7th floor. The room was spotless, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The pool areas were well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds available at any time of day—there was never an issue finding one. I especially recommend the adults-only pool area; it was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The drinks selection was great, and while the food was a bit average, there was always something to eat. A little more variety would have been nice, but it didn’t take away from the experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area with a few shops and restaurants nearby, which makes it ideal for families. There is an option to upgrade to the premium package, but in my opinion, it’s not worth the additional £200 just for access to an extra poolside area and a separate bar. That said, I would still highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Just got back from this hotel and it was fab. It was clean, well laid out and in a stunning location overlooking the sea. The food was the usual all inclusive selection but we always found something to eat. I found the drinks hit and miss but my wife and daughter were happy. Massive shout out to everyone behind the scenes. The cleaning staff were fantastic and we had a different towel arrangement in our room every day. The animation team had endless energy. The entertainment was good especially Sea and Sax and the Bruno mars tribute band (they should get themselves on britains got talent!!! ) Overall a very relaxing 7 days, thank you 🙏.
