Fantastic Stay - We'll Be Back! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so warm and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also great – top-notch, lovely! We are already planning on coming back again.

2025 was my 4th summer vacation at Hotel Vista Park and I am still having a good time here. The whole facility is very clean and smells fresh the whole day. We had an overall good stay. The hotel seems pretty new (or is renovated well) and is in great condition, unlike a lot of other holiday hotels. The room and hallways were also always clean. The pool is also well maintained. The beach is about 5-10 mins walk, and there are several small stores in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel location is perfect, right next to the beach. Very clean, rooms are spacious. The staff were amazing, very attentive and kind. The breakfast selection was great, a good mix for all types of dietary needs. The gym is small, but well equipped. They also offer pilates & yoga classes.

This is my fourth October staying at the Concord. The service and amenities are great. Their gym is well equipped, the food is good, and the strawberry mojito is excellent.

Just come back from 5 night stay and had another really good experience, we first came here in 2023 and loved it so was excited to come back. The hotel is in a great spot, right by the beach which is a short walk across the road, and our sea view room made the sunrises extra special. The bus to get to Alcudia is a 15 minute walk away and the C'an Picafort Market is a 10-15 minute walk along the beach...

A wonderful place to relax, 10 minutes from the beach. It's very child-friendly, with a playroom with a beautiful mural. There's also a chest full of various children's items you can borrow, such as balls, puzzles, shovels, and beach buckets. A three-minute walk from the hotel is a huge, shaded playground for children. We only stayed 3 nights, but had a wonderful stay. Room was a little dated, however it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was in a lovely quiet street. Lovely pool area. The hotel is well organised, staff is very attentative. Decent breakfast, beds ok. We arrived very early, but were able to enter a room before actual checkin time. That was not the type of room we booked and at the end of the day we were transfered to the type of room we did book. One downside, every now and then a somewhat strange smell was produced by the air conditioning

Great hotel due to the location, staff and quality of the hotel. Placed 10 meters from the ocean with a fantastic view, especially during the sunrise. The staff are very helpful and provide a great service 24/7. The hotel is situated at the edge of Can Picafort towards Alcudia, which is perfect when you like to stay from the noise and crowded place in the city.

We recently stayed at the Markus and had a great experience overall. Went for my Missus 50th Birthday to get away from work and kids. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and found the staff welcoming and friendly. Some things could be be improved as far as entertainment, end of season, but we did not go for that so was more than happy.

I stayed here for 1 week in September and it was a good experience! Room and hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some spoke more English than others which wasn't too much of a problem as my friend is fluent in Spanish so that made things a lot easier but even still they were all very friendly and polite! Third time at the Zafiro Majorca with my parents and two sons and it did not disappoint. Same fantastic service, food and facilities. I cannot fault anything about our stay. This time we went all inclusive (the past two times we went half board). My children thoroughly enjoyed going to get ice cream and drinks. Lunches at the pool bar were great. I'm sure we'll be back.

We have just returned from 4 nights here and we had a lovely stay the hotel was nice, staff were all very friendly, room was lovely and clean, food was great plenty of options everyday. It was a great location very close to the beach. My only issue was some of the other guests we found to be very rude and disapproving of our disabled child but this was nothing to do with the hotel.

I wouldn't recommend staying longer than 2-3 days. 90% of the food is the same, if we're talking about all-inclusive. The internet is terrible. There is no smart TV. A simple yet well-maintained property offering excellent value. The room had modern furnishings, a very comfortable bed with a topper, and a lovely balcony with a sea view—a real highlight! Free parking was readily available in the nearby streets. The location was also excellent, perfect for an evening stroll between the port and the center of Can Picafort. Overall, a very positive experience.

The air conditioning didn't work well, it was very old and barely blew fresh air, and to turn on the bathroom light you had to enter it without seeing because it was next to the sink.

Georg was a very kind and helpful host who fulfilled all our wishes.

The room was modern and clean. However, the bathroom smelled musty, even after the cleaning staff had come. The view from the balcony was great; unfortunately, there was no parasol or anything similar, so having breakfast on the balcony was difficult.

The location is the strong point of this establishment, as is the size of the apartments. The pool is clean and quiet. However, beware of theft from the rooms; I advise you not to request housekeeping (it's sloppy anyway) – you risk being robbed! And my complaint to the staff was useless! Friendly staff, my room was without a door for bathroom so they changed a room for me, which is better for couples. Location is 2 steps away from The beach without hi traffic road crossing.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms. The shower was terrible because it had no door and all the water was on the floor. This really spoiled the trip and I didn't want to stay at the hotel because it was impossible to take a shower. The view from the balcony overlooks a construction site. Breakfast and dinner were included. The dishes were dirty. And during dinner, not even water was included...
