Apartamentos Ses Roquetes in Can Picafort

Our apartment looked like the pictures, but the photos must have been several years old. There was almost no piece of furniture that wasn't damaged. Drawers were completely warped and barely openable, the sofa was stained, the floor was uneven, the bed was wobbly, the bathroom fixtures were completely foggy, the mirror lighting didn't work, the water in the shower drained very poorly, it often smelled of sewage, and the grout in the shower (and the bathroom in general) was unclean. The hotel is extremely noisy; you can hear almost everything your neighbors say. There is no parking on site; instead, you have to find a parking space on the street, which sometimes proved very difficult at the beginning of October – it's hard to say what it's like during peak season (the hotel's advertisement says "parking included," which simply means you can park for free in the surrounding area and not that there is, for example, a parking garage belonging to the hotel).
One of the few plus points from our perspective: the hotel is extremely centrally located, right on the beach and the promenade, with many cafés, bars, restaurants, etc. very close by.

All in all, we unfortunately don't even ask ourselves whether we would book here again. We were glad we only booked three nights.
