First time visiting Can Picafort and the Galaxia was in the perfect location, a 30 second walk from the beach and lots of supermarkets and restaurants close by. Check in was quick and easy, I was pleasantly suprised after seeing that the hotel is only 1* and after reading some reviews as I think it should be 3*. We were given a triple room with a large balcony, very clean and our room already had a fan when we arrived. It was still quite hot on an evening but to be expected with temperatures in the mid 20s overnight. Pool area looked good although we didn’t actually use it as we prefer the beach. Great selection of hot and cold foods for breakfast which was tasty, the menu in the hotel bar also looked good and very reasonably priced and we barely heard any noise from there at night. Would definitely visit again (agree that aircon would be a bonus as other reviewers have said). Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay.

Every year, before the season starts, I stay here for a week, and everything is perfect.

We were there for a short time, just to sleep, so it was fine for us. The location was great, and the receptionist was very friendly.
The room didn't have air conditioning, and it seemed like we were going to be very hot, but the fan they provide is enough.

Bad experience at night, it's impossible to sleep at 1:30 in the morning. It seems like there's a party inside the hotel. I definitely won't be back.

Very pleasant surprise. Hotel clean and friendly to cyclists. Breakfasts rich and tasty. I sincerely recommend!

The location is perfect, it is 3 minutes from the beach, the breakfast is spectacular, the dinner is not worth it.
We had a problem with the room assignment, since as they told us they assign you the room (renovated or not) depending on who you book with, I booked with trip and it is seen that if you do not reserve with booking you will not get the good rooms. We spoke when we arrived with a man, quite rude and unfriendly, we told him the problem of not having reserved that room, after discussing with him, he told us that the next day we should speak with a man who was going to be at the reception, the lady was super nice, pleasant and decisive. As did everyone at the reception.

Very very friendly staff, especially the receptionists at the reception. Very clean hotel. And it's good to stay there. Hotel close to everything.
