Excellent hôtel. Excellent service, good job to everyone, everyone is so kind !
Breakfast: excellent. A lot of choice
View: first line, amazing view over the sea
Rooms: very large, ours was like a suite, small apartment with nice design.
Location: 5-10 minutes walk from the busy city Center.
Pool is great, restaurant is good too, nice garden, good for kids. Quiet hotel, relaxing.

5 Star Hotel, Mr. Mamadu made everyday the best ham & eggs, came everyday :D

Great experience, we would book the apartment again. Clean and spacious apartment, rich breakfast, great service and stuff. Perfect for families with kids, we stayed with our toddles, he loved the park and the pool. Best value for money!

- the beach nearby was pretty and unlike beaches closer to Alcudia this one was less crowded and had warmer water
- the restaurant downstairs offered nice selection of food and the chocolate dessert was absolutely delicious
- rooms very spacious and the view from the balcony was nice too
- kitchenette available in the room
- grocery stores available close to the hotel
- check-out at 12
Dislikes:
- heavy dining chairs causing a lot of noise coming from rooms around and above us preventing us from sleeping past 7:30 AM
- the room was not really a sea view. It was rather a side sea view, hence there was some noise coming
from the street and a nearby beach bar deep into the night
- mediocre breakfast offering pretty much the same food 6 days in a row, bad coffee
- shower not getting cleaned as part of room cleaning
- poor wifi connection

We only stayed here for half a day without sleeping overnight as our hotel wanted to charge us €500 for another night as we had a night flight and late check out wasn’t available, this was a cheaper option. Reception staff very friendly, hotel and room was spotlessly clean, the room was of a good size and would have everything you need for a holiday. Aircon worked well and the room I think had been recently refurbished as it was modern and spotless. The best part was the stunning panoramic view of the sea (310) it really was breath taking. Lovely pool and park area for children. Beach only a 2 min walk and town centre with restaurants about the 5 mins. A shame we weren’t here longer and only found it by chance as we actually preferred it to the all inclusive family resort we’d stayed in for the holiday.

Very good location, decent rooms with a nice shower, the restaurant was also good but lacked a bit of choice (always the same and not enough meat). The staff was friendly and even made a breakfast to go for us before we had to leave the hotel and go to the airport. The gym room does it's job, although the AC doesn't seem to work properly there.

Can picafort is a great family destination and I would love to go back! It’s not too rowdy or loud but not too quiet and has so many great shops and bars and restaurants on the promenade! The hotel was perfectly located and we had a beautiful view of the sea from our balcony. It was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and bars. The hotel was clean, pleasant and the food was nice. We were half board and there was a good selection however it was more focused on the German customer than the British one and the staff spoke German to us as I think we were the only British guests. There was no entertainment on day or night even though they had lots of space in the lobby bar and outside for something and a huge stocked bar too so we had to leave the hotel after we have eaten our food each night and go out for entertainment. Again not a problem if you want to explore but the option of something even just recorded music and a place to sit with a drink would have been nice. Instead it was silent each night in the hotel instead unlike right outside on the promenade where they had tribute acts and music until 12/1am which was great. I loved the location but the hotel wasn’t for me although it was clean and comfy it was just too quiet and the 1 and only pool was quite small too

On Monday first of July I had experience of having lunch there i ordered cheese pizza with atun the pizza came late it was a frozen pizza no taste and had a bad stomach. They should made fresh pizza instead of buying frozen pizza and there was no atun .I was not staying there only went for lunch as I was in the beach.

Pro: Location Room Contra: Staff unfriendly (German woman at front desk-very rude Whirlpool not working-no communication and apologies by when it will be fixed-I was even told when I asked the lady at front desk by when it will be fixed „id I was able to see the future, I would play the lottery „….not sure if that is very customer centric service…but judge for yourself;-) They offered a breakfast to go, as we went on a trip very early in the morning. I would not recommend to take that and go to the breakfast instead. Our breakfast to go was not very good…

Great hotel.....far better than we were expecting! Rooms are clean and well kitted out....Food very good .....staff friendly and helpful. Great location, right on the beach and just a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants etc. Pool, spa, gym all well looked after. Seems to be quite a popular place for Germans and I can clearly see why. Highly recommended!
