The overall Aspect of the Hotel is good ! Food is good, Staff always friendly and Helpful ! But,…. The Superior Room in the Annex Building is in DIRE need of Renovation - specifically the Bathrom ! Mirror reflection lining came of (and looked like a rugged frame at first, the grouting of the floor tiles , mouldy silicon seals—— So please dear Hotel Team - get going!

I thought the location was good and it did have amazing ocean views! I loved the vibe of the hotel just really needs to be updated and kept up clean.

Its beach is beautiful, it is a very magical place.

All good. Proper cleaning. Varied breakfast. But at the entrance of the hotel there is an ugly, closed, tempered smell that discourages you from entering or choosing the hotel to stay.

My 2bd visit this year . This time with friends. My Summer visit was with the family. An all round excellent experience , both as a group of friends and with my daughter and her partner and my 2 year old grandson. A magical Holiday. Very authentically Majorcan. Most staff was great. Cove was beautiful. See was amazing. Stayed in a suite room near the beach restaurant. We didn't eat at the top restaurant. Great place Great hotel in a lovely location. Short walk to the beach and easy to get into Palma and to/from the airport. Tiny bit dated, but very clean. For example, we had a chair in the room where the leg wasn’t attached (bit dangerous). Was removed but never replaced. Breakfast is nice enough with a decent selection. incredible hotel, beautiful views, amazing facilities, breakfasts to die for and service off the charts. Including taking our dirty beach towels from the car and giving us fresh ones every day, to lending us umbrellas for the unexpected rain. We had a lovely stay in mid-October. The room was nice, with a big, comfortable bed. I would 100% recommend this hotel. One of the cleanest and comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were all incredibly friendly. Breakfast was great. The location is perfect with idyllic views from our room. Even saw a dolphin from our hot tub.

This is a beautiful clean and well designed hotel. Overall a good experience but a few issues - the room service closes early - like before 11pm. This is Spain, so this is very unusual. The air conditioner only went to 23 and was uncomfortable at night for sleeping.

I enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Zhero. Thank you to the kind staff who helped me get a taxi to the airport when it was a challenge. The staff friendliness was a highlight of my stay. I would return again next time I’m in Palma. There are a few restaurants nearby and access to a public beach and public transportation.

We booked this as a last minute resort due to other accommodation being cancelled, the staff were amazing and so welcoming throughout our entire stay. The hotel is very boutique vibes, beautiful comfy beds and a lovely view. The location is 15-30 min out of town and there is not too many restaurants around the area. Otherwise 10/10 stay, pool was amazing!

Lovely spot outside Palma. Great value for money. Clean tidy. Breakfast was average nothing special. The pool is great but a putty it closes so early. The common areas of the hotel, and the old main building especially, are very nice. The staff is helpful and the outdoor area by the pool is in good condition. The rooms in the modern buildings are a bit worn down and could do with a refresh.

The service at the hotel was good. However, the refund of the deposit is very late. When I spoke to the hotel, they told me to contact the credit card company. All other hotel payments made with the same card have been processed. Hotel check-in date is April 16th. Today is April 26th. 13 days have passed.

It is also recommended to have dinner at the hotel, the environment is first-class.

The restaurant faces the sea and has a great view. The food is also good.
