This is not a five star hotel! It is incredibly outdated and dirty. The door to my balcony did not fully close and the room was INVESTED with ants!! There were even ants in the bed and a mosquito on my pillow. There were also hairs in the sheets, mold in the shower and stains on the pillows. The room service food came cold and was incredibly overpriced. At check in they said there was a coffee machine that could be used anytime, but it was “broken” so I had to pay 9 euros and go to the bar to get a coffee. They charged me for things in the minibar I did not use!! They also did not help me with my luggage when I was leaving even though there was no one else in the lobby. I was originally going to stay 2 nights but would never stay here again. There are much better cleaner options on Mallorca.
