The hotel is situated in the privileged area of Illetas. The area is surrounded by parkland. Have Russian speaking staff. The hotel is located on a high hill and has many stairs. Not recommended for the elderly. Perfect for a family holiday.

Location: Illetas, 7 km from Palma, 19 km from airport, 3 km from the leisure area of Puerto portals, 1 km from the nearest Golf course (Real Golf Bendinat), and not far from other Golf clubs of Palma and Calvia, close to the beach (800 m).

In one hotel a six-story building and 22 two-storey bungalows. Bungalows are located next to the hotel, surrounded by a Park and offer a great view of the sea.

First of all, the room had a strong damp smell that became even worse when the air conditioning was turned on, filling the room with a moldy odor.
In the bathroom, we found several oriental cockroaches and other insects, and there were spider webs around the TV and other areas of the room. To make matters worse, there was a half-empty water bottle left in the minibar, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The hotel itself appeared dirty and run-down (dirty carpets, damaged items in the room).
We reported all of these issues to the reception staff in the morning, but since our stay was short, no improvements were made.
It’s a real shame, because the gardens and the surrounding area are truly beautiful — the interior just doesn’t live up to the same standard. Even the pillows were extremely thin and soft, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
The only positive note was the staff, who were consistently kind and polite throughout our stay.
Overall, I’m disappointed, especially because the hotel looks so nice in the photos. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
Very noisy too. Can hear drunk people return at all hours of the night etc, so ruined our sleep.
No tea/coffee facilities or iron and ironing board.
Also an absolute nightmare trying to get a cab from there. Can only book one to the airport. We called one 20 mins in advance to go to dinner but ended up having to flag a random one down after half an hour, as we were then late for our meal.
Breakfast was decent to be fair.
Definitely won’t be going back, nor recommend it. £135 per night is a joke for this hotel.
Great hotel in a lovely location. Short walk to the beach and easy to get into Palma and to/from the airport. Tiny bit dated, but very clean. For example, we had a chair in the room where the leg wasn’t attached (bit dangerous). Was removed but never replaced. Breakfast is nice enough with a decent selection. Clearly lots of returning customers too, which is nice. The beach close by is stunning and the area has some nice shops (an incredible icecream place) and car + bike rental at decent prices.
I’d say my one disappointment was that although you can use the facilities at the neighbouring hotel (which admittedly are nicer), you cannot use their outdoor pool and access to the sea. The safe in our room was also not working, which after we flagged was ordered a new one but obviously not there in time for our stay.
We arrived at the hotel and initially we thought its looking pretty good. Staff was welcoming, the room had a great view. First night however, we discovered ants in the room and spider webs.
We went to the reception however they could only replace the room the next day after 3 PM. We had to sleep there for the night as there was no choice.
We got moved the next day to a new room which had a broken chair and, as we'd find out in our last day, that one had little ants in it too.
It felt like they are really not taking hygiene and cleanliness of rooms thoroughly enough.
There were other minor inconveniences:
- Got room with no shower gels and stuff, had to explicitly ask for them to be refilled.
- Although they have TVs with Netflix and such, the internet connection is so bad that these won't even start and in general, you'll have a bad time with the internet.
- Restaurant felt a tad on the expensive side and not the right quality for that price.
There were some positives however:
- The breakfast area was pretty rich to be fair.
- Staff was again really good and kind.
- View and general available facilities were nice.
