The overall Aspect of the Hotel is good ! Food is good, Staff always friendly and Helpful !

But,…. The Superior Room in the Annex Building is in DIRE need of Renovation - specifically the Bathrom ! Mirror reflection lining came of (and looked like a rugged frame at first, the grouting of the floor tiles , mouldy silicon seals——
So please dear Hotel Team - get going!

I thought the location was good and it did have amazing ocean views! I loved the vibe of the hotel just really needs to be updated and kept up clean.

We were really disappointed with our stay here. From the start, no one offered to help us with our bags, even though we were two girls struggling with a lot of luggage. We had to maneuver the cart down a ramp ourselves. To make things worse, we were given the wrong directions to our room, which resulted in us unloading everything off the cart and carrying it down a full flight of stairs since the cart didn’t fit in the elevator.

On top of that, we had paid for parking but were met with attitude from staff when they didn’t actually have a spot available for us. The room itself just okay, the mini fridge wasn’t stocked, the shower had no door and sprayed so aggressively that water went all over the bathroom, and there were clear signs of mold. Room service was equally disappointing, with food that simply wasn’t good. The location is nice but the hotel is dated

Overall, this stay was frustrating from start to finish and definitely not worth the price. We wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The stay was over my expectation, we just left the comment before checkin that we were on our honeymoon trip, hotel has upgraded my room to the ocean view building and compliments us with champagne. Staff are really nice and breakfast was good!

One, if not, the best family holiday we had. Our 11 and 14 year old made a bunch of friends on day 2 and I barely saw them after that. They had the time of their lives.
The food was absolutely stunning! Lovely family hotel. We have so many fond memories from our time. Epic!

This family owned hotel resort has to be one of the most elegant and unique places that we've encountered . The bus is easy to catch into town. The car rental across the street is good value. The tunnels and elevators in the hotel need to be learned. The breakfast is perfect. Two pools and the private beach are glorious.

highly highly highly recommend this gem of a hotel. It has very interesting architecture that tiers up the coastline, multiple pools and dining spots (+bars) plus a quaint beach with plenty of lounge chairs. We had a beautiful room overlooking the ocean. Everything was perfect. I would 100% book again and stay for longer!! Thank you Bon Sol.

This is a lovely and deceptively large family run hotel which fits the bill for a family holiday of every shale, size and generation. The junior suites are impressive if slightly dated but the service, staff and food are first class. The only minor bugbear is the dining room in the main hotel which has, to our mind, a dark and depressing design and theme. But eating by the beach every night was lovely. Can highly recommend.

I am a single parent who prefers wholesome places with fantastic service and natural settings. Hotel Bon Sol is the best place on Earth!!! We visited randomly a few years back and now every summer my son insists we got to Bon Sol...which I am more than happy to oblige. Family run, personal service, no corporate gimmicks. Pure class and they ensure every guest is totally satisfied. Noteworthy: Bon sol has an emphasis on live music; every evening dining is accompanied by violin, piano or guitar, later in the bar you wil find singers, saxophone and more. 🎶🎼🎵 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!💯🥁☀️
