My husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel from 1st - 5th February and it was exceptional. All staff are super friendly and attentive going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms and public areas are spotless and the smell is divine. You will definitely have an incredible experience here. Highly recommend.

Stayed here with wife in Feb. All I can say is this place is amazing. I have stayed all over the world and travel a lot. This may be best experience I have had from a customer service point of view. Paloma was so kind to us from arrival to departure as were all of the staff. Rooms were lovely in my opinion. I would highly recommend this place

We just had lunch here and didn't stay in the hotel although it looks fabulous inside. We sat on the front patio beneath a parasol and food was nice, staff lovely. But there is a tiny traffic island nearby and steep hill, and the Vespa Scooter noise and smell of exhaust was too much for me. It might be ok in the evening.

This hotel is stunning, every feature is so thoughtfully presented.
Maria on reception was extremely smiley and helpful.
We were treated to a free upgrade and our room was beautiful, lovely furnishings, cool radio speakers and the bathroom was spectacular! We had a huge bath tub with natural bath salts.
We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and it was fantastic, top quality food and presentation. Quick service, there were only a couple of other tables occupied.
We used the spa facilities every day, very calming. There’s a pool, jacuzzi and lounge areas. The treatments are fantastic, we opted for massage and Hamam.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location. Due to it being an old building it does however bring with it both good and not so good aspects. On the positive it’s a beautiful hotel with a laid back vibe to it. However the sound proofing is no existent, fair enough to the outside noice of a town but the internal noise from the kitchen up to the first floor is very disappointing indeed. No turndown service also lets itself down and with the aforementioned drawbacks I’d say 5 star is a bit of a push

Wow what a lovely hotel. So cute and relaxing. The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble. Perfect for exploring the lovely town of Altea. I would definitely love to return. Thank you xx

This hotel is a GEM! Located midway between the old town and the beach area (5 min walking distance each way), you quickly blend into a routine of comfort and relaxation. The friendliness of staff, spotless cleanliness, attention to eye-soothing aesthetics in all corners, clockwork management, therapy and wellness experts, sleep comfort etc.. my stay was as restful as I needed it to be. I travelled solo and felt safe, pampered and very warmly welcomed. The massage and wellness therapists (Alba, Miguel) are miracle workers and pure magicians!!

Beautiful breakfast spot with the best coffee in Altea. Very nice, smiling and serviceminded staff. The place is calm and very "nordic".

This is a new hotel located very close to the centre of town but has the advantage of not being at all noisy. A 5 minute walk to the sea. Reception and restaurant/bar staff were all charming and helpful. The rooms are a good size and very well appointed. Perfect for a break of a few days.

What an amazing experience!
The comfortable room, the friendly staff and the amazing restaurant made this the perfect choice.
We had an unforgettable dinner with some of the best local ingredients and wines, served with passion, skills and knowledge! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay for a long weekend, we will certainly be back!
