What a beautiful place! A jewel in Benidorm and certainly not what you’d expect find in a tranquil, serene haven a stone’s throw from Benidorm! From the attentive staff (Jose, the general manager is a credit to the Melia group) to the heated pool, food and drinks but as good as they are they still pale compare to the stunning views and gorgeous rooms! I have just returned with a friend from a 4 night stay at this fabulous hotel, I just cannot understand some of the bad reviews, we just couldn't fault it. Great hotel. So much to do. We have 2 boys 10 and 6. Loads of pools. Loads of restaurants. We played tennis or padel most days and the attached club was so good. The resort had loads to do! The zoo is fantastic, the waterpark is great! The resort also puts on a free bus to take you to into Benidorm. There is also an app which shows you whats on everyday so you can plan your days. We also paid extra for a hot tub and all inclusive plus which were both well worth the money. Just returned home and time to add my review and leave the group. Firstly we had the best holiday with so much fun and laughter - I do think it's important to remember a holiday is what you make if it. Water Park is brilliant so glad this was included as the hotel pools arnt very big . Food and drinks being included on all inclusive at the water park is great (upstairs bar only) , my little girl...
I really love this place it was our second time coming and we are looking at coming back in October i think this might be our yearly place to come the staff are amazing but the member who stood out was Teresa Moreno she was always happy to help and went above and beyond always had a smile on her face

Had wonderful holiday here recently staff couldn't do enough. The transport service between villas and hotel to the bar staff. The breakfast team to the front desk all staff made sure we felt relaxed and got we needed. With breath taking views over Benidorm. Beautiful place away from the madness of city. I would definitely make a return to here in the near future
Costa Blanca is an amazing resort — modern, clean, and very friendly. The hotel has been recently refurbished and feels fresh and stylish. The villas are fully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone!

Hotel itself is good, location is far out of you want to go into Benidorm (around 12-15 euro each way). Buffet for an evening meals is 34 euro for an adult or 15 euro for a child (we did not go for this). The coffee shop has pizza for about 12 euro. The issues i had were that the cleaning staff did not replace the coffee / tea etc each day (it was never refilled) also they only replaced the bottles...
Could be great but does the basics really bad. We had a superior room in Block A which was really nice and spacious with stunning sea views. Room was to a high standard. The hotel is kept clean with ample parking for cars. Staff are good nothing exceptional, I think they many be understaffed. The Bad - 25 Euros to use the Spa facilities for 1 hr.
