We were staying at this hotel only because of a dance festival and we were quite satisfied. We enjoyed a nice sea view, also the hotel viewpoint available only for 1€ pp for hotel guests, good location and also some unusual room equipment such as red light in the bathroom preventing from sleep disruptions when going there at night. Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. We love Magic Natura and have been several times. It is one of our Grand children's favorite places to stay when they are in spain. My friend and i stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people (shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy!) Staff were very accommodating and service was quick. Always a good selection for the buffet, we preferred the cold options rather than hot. We had a family week here mid March, 3 superior rooms for 6 of us. We were all very happy with the rooms. Spacious comfortable and extremely clean. I had maid service daily and it was excellent. We have just got back from our week holiday staying at this hotel, We arrived on a late check in approx 0015hrs, 6 of us where processed fairly quickly. Stayed at the Magic Aqua Rock Gardens hotel in Benidorm this last week. The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road. Booked in here for a few nights to meet friends, the hotel is separate to the apartments and takes a bit of getting used to as you have to go through the hotel, walk around by the pools to get to the apartments. Our apartment was huge with a large balcony. Carlos on reception was very helpful and sorted out the car parking for us. Its was a tight squeeze in a 4 x 4! Pools were clean and not too busy...

I cannot recommend this Hotel high enough. All the staff are so nice and friendly and helpful. We had our birthdays here as were treated like royalty. The hotel is spotless all through. Rooms cleaned every day. 2 weeks of doing nothing except eat and drink. Location is near to old town

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location right in the centre of the old town. Rooms are always really clean and fresh. Wide variety of food and great staff. This visit was my 5th or maybe 6th and we took 6 friends with us who all loved it too. Yes, the lifts could do with updating, but they were there when the building was first built.
