All-inclusive hotels on first line in Benidorm

We were staying at this hotel only because of a dance festival and we were quite satisfied. We enjoyed a nice sea view, also the hotel viewpoint available only for 1€ pp for hotel guests, good location and also some unusual room equipment such as red light in the bathroom preventing from sleep disruptions when going there at night. Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad. The rooms were a good size people say a bit dated ok but it was only to sleep in didn't intend to spend a week in it. A couple of negatives, check in was very slow but I think they had issues with the computers, so you maybe best if you can check in online before you get there. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

Stayed at this hotel recently and it does exactly what you need for a lively Benidorm break. Great central location close to the beach and nightlife, clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. It can be a bit noisy, but that’s expected given the area. Overall, great value for a fun stay.

Always a good selection for the buffet, we preferred the cold options rather than hot. Was a bit of a walk to the main strip and the old town but we were prepared for this and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with staff so friendly our room was on the 17th floor lovely view and really comfortable beds with a huge bathroom . The restaurant food here is really good with nice restaurant staff also the bar staff are so helpful and efficient i would also like to thank the reception staff always there willing to help the whole hotel is really clean well done to all the cleaners .

We usually go to the Princessa, so this was a smaller hotel for us, but we still enjoyed it. We like RH hotels and will return again. The food is excellent. Buffet style with cook stations for bacon (breakfast) fish and meat (lunch and dinner). Paella is available each day and is good. The hotel is kept very clean. We had a family week here mid March, 3 superior rooms for 6 of us. We were all very happy with the rooms. Spacious comfortable and extremely clean. I had maid service daily and it was excellent. Bathroom had double sink, bath and shower with toilet and bidet. Hair dryer, kettle, fridge and free safe. Enough closet space. Our balcony had a good view and we could see the sea and pool. Another lovely stay at the Victoria.The kettle in my room would not stay on i spoke to Marcus the assistant manager and he bought a new one to my room.Lovely comfortable bed and a nice big room. Plenty of choice in the dining room. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff are all friendly. I cant comment on the entertainment as i went out in the evening. Will defo be returning again

We have just got back from our week holiday staying at this hotel, We arrived on a late check in approx 0015hrs, 6 of us where processed fairly quickly. No intorduction to the hotel was given, just a sheet of paper with meal times and swimming times. The rooms where nice, the disappointment was NO BALCONY, never noticed in the initial booking as it wasn't memtioned that this hotel has NO balconies...

This is a great hotel for young children, loads of stuff to do. It is very difficult to find your way around the hotel, the layout is very strange. Plenty of lifts though but choosing the right one for the location was the task. Food was nice and always plenty of options. Customer service not responding to my emails, which I find terribly rude. We spent 5 lovely days at the magic rock with no complaints. Food, drinks and hotel in general was lovely, staff were very happy and polite. My daughter unfortunately left behind an Apple earpod in our room 110. Stayed at the Magic Aqua Rock Gardens hotel in Benidorm this last week. The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road. Booked in here for a few nights to meet friends, the hotel is separate to the apartments and takes a bit of getting used to as you have to go through the hotel, walk around by the pools to get to the apartments. Our apartment was huge with a large balcony. Carlos on reception was very helpful and sorted out the car parking for us. Its was a tight squeeze in a 4 x 4! Pools were clean and not too busy...

Actually this is hotel with 3 stars.Hotel is old and beds are very umcomfortable.We csn try to change the room but they are not responsoble. Cleansing rooms is good. We got some old rooms. Air condition doesn't work. They don't deserved more than 3 stars.

Beautiful hotel. Food and drink top of the range. Pool area and cafe nice. Only one staff serving most days, although the hotel was full. Short walk to the beach and old tiwn. Quite a nice position. Lots of bars within walking distance. Special mention of staff, Anuncia and Serena. Very helpful and welcoming, smile a lot, they seemed to be on duty every day. Not really any bad points. However....
