The best hotel in benidorm It is the second time i come at Bali Hotel. My little daughter loves Bianca from the animation team. A lovely place and a a great spirit from all the people there. The old boss giving presents every night to the kids is such good feeling. He is old an i hope i will find him again when i visit Gran Bali the next years.

The hotel was lovely, spacious rooms and great views from the balcony. The spa was also very relaxing. We upgraded to all-inclusive whilst whilst checking in, and the quality of food and drinks were worth it.

I didn't use the spa or some of the facilitues, but was really impressed with the hotel. Check in was easy and the rooms clean. The breakfast was really good and catered to multiple nationalities. It was in a good location as quiet at night but walkable to bars and restaurants. Plus, parking was easy. Would recommend.

Disappointed Staff unfriendly, reception lady was rude on arrival when checking in, bar staff in lobby were dismissive. The room was clean and the hotel was in a very convenient location. The only issues were the key card deactivated twice so needed re setting and the lifts are very small and it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Other than that all good

This hotel is more a city centre hotel, no gardens etc, just a roof top pool, but punches well above its weight in terms of food quality. The hotel has more than 10 floors, but only 3 very small lifts. Not ideal for a family with prams and suitcases. Rooms are a good size but a little dated. The staff were all polite and friendly. Not too far from the beach and bars and restaurants. The spa area was really good value for money.

Hotel is great in many ways but it's let down by a few silly things. 1. Cushions are not put out on chairs every day in outside drinking area. 2.
