Hotels All-inclusive in Benidorm

If I could leave you more than five stars I would! We stayed January 30th until 6th February and we're missing it already! The staff are lovely, a special shout out to the stunning Emilia Clarke lookalike on reception, talk about a sweet, helpful lady

Just had an hour in the spa and then the most amazing massage from Anna. What a wonderfully relaxing experience. Very friendly attentive staff. Anna and Elena, very professional, made me feel very welcome and relaxed

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were very friendly, check-in was quick, and they were always happy to help with any questions

We had a wonderful stay at Gran Hotel Bali! 🏖️ The hotel is truly impressive with its height and views — from the upper floors you can enjoy breathtaking panoramas of Benidorm and the sea

So spacious and immaculately clean, my brothers and I were bowled over! Gorgeous place, loads to see and do. Thanks again for an epic holiday, we didn't want to go home!

Today was my birthday and when i came to hotel after walk i realised nice complimentary from hotel it was very nice! 😊 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The only fault I had were the lifts, very slow and sometimes I felt like Zebedee going up and down to different floors before reaching my floor on 11. All in all would definitely go back

We stayed for 7 nights and had a really lovely time. The hotel was great, and the staff were all very polite and friendly, which made us feel very welcome

Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad

The pool was a bit on the cold side (lol), but there were always plenty of sun loungers available, which was perfect for relaxing

Surprisingly you couldn't here any outside noise in your room. We had a family room even though there was only 2 of us but we upgraded to one with a balcony

The food was nice, and although the room was fairly basic, it had everything we needed and was comfortable throughout our stay

We booked The Level so had access to the level lounge for drinks and snacks, and could also use this lounge for breakfast until 11am, this was great to be away from the crowds in the main restaurant which did resemble a canteen - bright lights and row upon row of tables

We stayed at the Meliá Benidorm as a group of 13 and honestly, we couldn’t fault it. The hotel was immaculate throughout, spotless rooms, comfortable beds and everything maintained to a really high standard

Very nice stay and beautiful hotel. Kids club is great at this hotel. Marcos and Eva are so good with kids. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel and a good place for your little ones!

We enjoyed it that much we’re already looking to book again for next year. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Benidorm, whether you’re going as a couple, family or a larger group like us

The buffets had a variety of delicious food dishes, fruits, cheeses and desserts. The waiters were attentive and helpful but short on staff to clear and prepare the tables

There’s a Lidl directly across the road which was so handy for snacks and essentials, and a lovely Chinese buffet right opposite as well – ideal for big groups like ours

510 has a fabulous view of the sunrise however by 12 the sun will have moved around the building so you won’t get sun on your balcony. The coffee at breakfast is not good and the water is not very hot

No one told us but towels can be obtained at the main reception. The free drinks and snacks were provided at the Level Lounge

What we didn’t understand: the first day we were directed to Botanic restaurant for BF, the second day we had to go to Mosaic restaurant for BF and the final day that restaurant was closed when we arrived for BF so we went to the Botanic again were we were welcomed

Beautiful hotel with great amenities, and very large pools, great restaurants. Rooms are also very good and spacious. Taxi's to the city center of Benidorm costs around 12 euros, which is fine

There were a few very tiny ants that seemed to come up from the sink but it wasn’t horrendous. Parking is not free unless you park in the car park below the hotel. The Spa is not owned by the hotel

I requested at the front desk for it to be made into a king size bed but it wasn’t done until day 4 when I chased reception again. One of Robes hanging up in our room had makeup on the collar

A really nice hotel, with friends helpful staff. The hotel and room were clean, with good facilities. A nice balcony, though the view was onto the rear. Fridge and wardrobe space were provided. A great stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was great. Close enough to the beach, loads of excellent restaurants nearby, and the best pool. This is very much a family-friendly hotel, that your kids and you will enjoy

Great one night stay last minute. Parked on street outside. Free overnight and Sundays! Room was very dated, but clean and reasonably priced

A few cons are that the room could do with a update the walls had marks and other areas of the room could do with a freshen up (tv, balcony furniture , coffee making facilities etc) maybe look for beds that could be clasped together to avoid a gap down the middle when combining two singles) Unfortunately the room walls are very thin so from 7am you can here the other rooms leaving and their doors...

Overall a nice budget friendly hotel with pros and cons, the pros are location, fantastically located giving you the option of both new town and old town in walking distance, the staff were brilliant putting in a lot of effort for entertainment and communication, the pool and breakfast were really nice and clean

All inclusive stops at 12 on the day of your departure even although we arrived after 11pm on our first night so not really getting 5 days we paid for

Restaurant was ok, could always find something to eat. Most of the staff were nice and friendly

The hotel is full of character, Valentines day was wonderful, the rose for all the ladies was a lovely touch! the food was delicious! Plenty of options for everyone, our only criticism was it could have been warmer

We have just got back from our holiday here and absolutely loved it! The staff are lovely especially Anita and the cleaning lady with the glasses, we didn’t get her name. Our room was regularly cleaned

They play music calling the kids to school so no long sleeps for us. Traffic starts about 7am and it can be really noisy. We were also above the bar and two nights in a row it was noisy outside until about 4am

This hotel caters for a lot of elderly Spanish, they think they should be given priority for everything including all the tables in the entertainment room. We spent a lot of time out of the hotel

The best meal of the day was by far breakfast no complaints there despite it being the same everyday there was loads of options to mix it up

For me he third time however things have changed and not for the better. Some of the bar staff could do with customer service skills very rude. The food had definitely gone down hill

TThe restaurant is kept clean and orderly with handwashing facilities to be use on entry. Plenty of food choices snacks are available off season in the restaurant at selected times

However the restaurant staff are lovely especially Carlos who helped arrange a cake for my daughter birthday. The entertainment leaves a lot to be desired. However the new quizzes were and improvement

Place is huge with a jungle theme, we stayed for 3 weeks and would certainly not come here again, if you are disabled to many stairs and more often then not lifts not working the one that takes you down to the restaurant never worked in the three weeks were there

The accommodation is standard and also club which is for over 18s only The accommodation is most spacious with ample wardrobe space, a large bathroom with 2 hand basins with a bath or a shower most rooms are pool facing

The whole drinks token thing was seriously annoying having to remember to carry them around with you and to guard your drink

great hotel, great rooms, lots of lovely food, great friendly staff. if I had to say one negative it would be ferrel kids running around all evening causing a nuisance. parents arnt watching them because their on holiday

would definitely use this hotel again though

Great location for central Benidorm and rooms were spacious, quiet and modern. We paid extra for the breakfast but only dine in once. For the quality and the price of getting food elsewhere, it’s not worth the money

Hotel was lovely, Rooms nice pool area great. The only thing that let this hotel done was the food it was cold. After speaking to a few people who were at the hotel last year

SPA and roof top bar were amazing - highly recommend the cocktails. Location was fabulous- building work was going on but wasn’t a huge issue

They found a difference this year also about the food. we have been coming to Benidorm for almost 25 yrs I was with my sister

We take a kettle but I think you can get one from reception. The staff are lovely, from reception to bar and cleaning to dining staff. There is plenty of choice food wise to cover all tastes

The pool area was nice but no toilets so you have to go back into reception, which we found a little inconvenient. There is building work nearby, however we didn't find this to too much of a distraction

Great quiet Spanish location. Excellent service and food. All rooms have a sea view. But no kettle 😢. Aircon not brilliant. Others stayed twice and definitely stay again.

There was entertainment at night if you wanted to stay in the bar area, and during the day they would be doing activities if you wanted to join in. All in all another very enjoyable stay, thank you

Its prime position is just a 10-minute walk from Elche Park and central Benidorm, making it perfect for families and couples seeking a quieter stay away from the lively Levante Beach area

We had our second Christmas staying here. It's a great value hotel in a great location. Every room has a superb sea view! Rooms are clean and comfortable with housekeeping daily

Finally, given that you want feed back I hope that you will give consideration to changing the practice of guests carrying hot drinks

We had room 1207 with nice views. I enjoyed the dinners, but wasn't too happy about coffee and juice at breakfast. Short walk to the beach and old town. We had sometimes trouble parking, but on the end find a spot

We've just returned from a week at this amazing hotel! Shout out to Yolanda who checked us in swiftly. I highly recommend this place for families

Our room was cleaned every single day and always left spotless and tidy, which made it really comfortable to relax after long days out. The whole hotel felt very well maintained

We stayed half board which suited our needs - the buffet selection for breakfast and evening meal was first class!! The hotel was well placed for the strip as well as the old town ( which is charming) There is also an excellent public transport system which enabled us to visit Altea & Denia which are both beautiful We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm !

Everything felt clean and well cared for, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the all-inclusive option gave very good value considering the food, facilities and park access included

We've stayed here as a family three times now, we love it there. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do, the zoo and waterpark are particularly good. Food at the canteen is great, loads of variety

We stayed at Magic Natura for one week in September, and we had a wonderful time. I travelled alone with my two young children, aged 2 and 4, and the resort worked really well for us

The location is great for families, especially with direct access to Terra Natura and Aqua Natura, and the whole place has a lively, fun and very family-friendly atmosphere

It is not a quiet adults-only type of place, so there is naturally some noise during the day, but that is exactly what you would expect from a busy family resort

Overall, the amenities are excellent for children, and I would happily recommend Magic Natura to other families looking for an easy and enjoyable holiday

Breakfast was okey ,I personally just missed more fresh vegetables like (tomatoes -which was there but not best quality. And cucumbers which never was there (again not a big deal) Bare in mind is closing at 10:30 4

there is lot of entertainment which we personally didn’t take part in but I saw that people in age did enjoy this (as they stayed mostly in hotel) 5. Just an advice: please change your wristbands lol

to use the spa you have to pay 20€ per person and it’s only for 2 hours. the carpet on the corridor smell to much ,I guess it wasn’t washed in a long time (not a big deal anyways ) Positive: 1

We just came from there so I’ll write an honest review while warm lol. So ,I went with my husband for four nights in February ,we had breakfast included

But all staff are so professional and excellent customer service, The restaurant is excellent quality food, great variety

Staff are so friendly and special mention to bar man with funky glasses and restaurant female manager

My only requests would be fresh orange juice at breakfast , with spain having excellent fruit, its a shame as the drink out of the machines is awful, Also maybe in the winter months the indoor pool could open earlier

Checking out we were charged €3 for a drink and reception couldn’t specify what from since you pay as you go and being all inclusive we woulnt need to pay for extras? And nothing was taken from the fridge? If you don’t want noise stay upstairs in the adults only pool and the staff were good keeping young loud teens out however there is never a lifeguard and when there was a lifeguard by the kids pool...

Lovely hotel with really high standards of cleanliness in a quieter part of benidorm. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable.

Great location for the main strip. Neptune bar only 20 yards down the rd. Pleased with the room and service. Just the bacon was very fatty. But all the food is on the strip. You'd definitely not starve or be thirsty lol

The location is perfect, we went all-inclusive and plenty to choose from, the staff are brilliant especially Sandra and Stella behind the bar.

We stayed for a week the hotel is clean and staff were helpful Only downside to this holiday was the beds were so HARD to sleep on they gave all four of us bad backs to come home with

Such a great hotel, very clean and great rooms, the shower is so powerful, lovely food and all staff are fantastic . Husband enjoyed the sky sports in room. Returning again!

My room was on the 2nd floor was clean and comfortable. Great location for the ***** and beach, id definitely go back here full marks

The all inclusive has a wide range of alcoholic drinks, international beers, spirits, wine, cocktails 🍸 coffees ☕️ and soft drinks. The bar staff are very friendly and make fabulous cocktails

Unfortunately the restaurant was quite underwhelming, slightly chaotic 😳 however the staff did their best to find us a table. The offer in terms of food was more canteen like and first come first served

The tables had no festive decorations or a cracker to pull 👎 The live entertainment (singers) in the downstairs bar were good 👍 The evening dinner (Christmas Day) was probably the worst meal up to now

Great, secure car park for a small charge. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with fresh hot and cold food being brought out continually and an omelette station serving omelettes of your choice

we were only there for a short time cause we went over for a wedding. we do plan staying there for a week when the weather warms up. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Yours sincerely Dorothy

We had complimentary spa access, the spa is beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly, in fact every staff member we dealt with throughout the hotel was helpful and friendly

The Old Town is also about 15 minutes away, so you can easily get everywhere on foot. The staff are incredibly friendly, just like so many people in Spain. And the food… absolutely amazing

Everything is delicious and the variety exceeds expectations. During the day, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, along with both indoor and outdoor pools

It's a 3* hotel so was actually above our expectations. Very attentive staff, excellent breakfast choice and easy walk into the old town. Happy to recommend 👌

The place was nice, but crowded, especially with children. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the place. Everything else was great.

Lovely hotel about 10-15 minutes to beach very friendly staff and the food is very good something for everyone Wouk go back again

The rooms and balconies are spacious, and there’s even a laundry hanger on the balcony just remember to bring clothespins

There was a wide variety of food available, with the menu changing daily, which kept each meal enjoyable and fresh

Stayed at hotel start of april, 2 adults 2 kids,family had a nice weeks holiday in hotel. room was a decent size with 4 single beds in room ,bathroom was ok for the family and room also had a balcony

There was one person who works at the hotel called Tery she was so lovely, funny and very kind every time we went to the bar to get more drinks we would always have a laugh and she even offered to make a tery special which was amazing

breakfasts had plenty of selection ,cooked ,cereal ,yoghurts,fruit coffee etc Lunchtimes had a few different selections for fussy eaters, Dinners had a good variety of various things ,was only 1 time we didnt fancy anything so we went out Pool ,,pool was very cold but plenty of room for the amount of people in hotel ,only downside was kids werent allowed floaties (rubber rings)🤷in pool Entertainment...

we have never had this problem before and we have stayed at alot of all inclusive hotels

As someone who mainly eats vegetables and chicken, I always found plenty of delicious options to choose from. Traveling with a young child, I especially appreciated the facilities for families

James Taylor When we first got to the hotel we got our room straight away but put us on the 9th floor when we had 2 young children witch was unideal but manageable but then when we got to the pool there was no signage of were the deep end of the pool was so my youngest Nearly drowns and then was told to buy floats for her as we did and then they have a no floats in the pool policy witch is prothetic...

Our room was clean and very spacious, with a stocked fridge and amazing views! We had access to a main buffet restaurant which had a good selection of food and theme nights every evening I

The kids never got bored of this! Daytime entertainment around the pool was good, but on an evening was very repetitive. The surrounding area was very quiet, with a small beach only a 5min walk away

This brings me to the pool area which was absolutely fantastic… splash area for the little ones, medium slides for kids, jacuzzi, large pool area, and the big flumes for the big kids

Our room was on floor 19 in tower 1, and getting to and from the room was the worst part of the holiday. With only 2 lifts and 1 being out of order, it was a constant battle

e Italian, oriental, and a snack bar. In addition to this there was an ice-cream truck and waffle cart. Drink choices were good with branded spirits and a cocktail menu

There were really limited options and the pasta was cold and sloppy (as this was one of the only options for me to eat this was really disappointing)

First impressions were very good. Bar, lobby and bedroom all very clean and comfortable. Half hour walk at least to new town but lots of places round the hotel to walk to

We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and found the food and drinks offer was good. Staff at the Olympus were all very professional and friendly. There was entertainment in the evenings which was lively

Just came back from a 4 night stay and we can’t really fault it the location is in the old town away from all the loud night life but it’s literally only 10 minutes walk so it’s quiet if you just need to relax but a short walk and your in the hustle and bustleof things we went at the end of November for my youngest daughters 21st and found that we were probably the youngest people in the entire hotel...

We booked half board, and honestly it wasn’t worth the extra money, especially for myself. Breakfast was okay, and dinner was really not good for me being a vegetarian
