Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad. The rooms were a good size people say a bit dated ok but it was only to sleep in didn't intend to spend a week in it. Cleaning and change of bedding every day so can't complain there all in all would I stay again for the price yes.

First time to Benidorm, and first visit at the Sol Pelicanos. A couple of negatives, check in was very slow but I think they had issues with the computers, so you maybe best if you can check in online before you get there. I stayed in one of the out buildings and the noise kept me awake you can hear people walking up the stairs doors banging and traffic. There was a horrible stale smell in room.

Great experience, I would say this is my preferred hotel in Benidorm. Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Clean room and common areas. I loved the indoor pool. There was always lots of choices at mealtimes. Would recommend staying here, great see views from the high rooms too. One thing is that the noise carries from the new town, but it is not too loud and didn't disturb me.

Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. Room service in the evening was very reasonably priced. This was our second visit within a month, and if the same golf break deal is available, we will go next month as well

Excellent spa and massage experience. The spa in this hotel is truly top-class — calm atmosphere, very clean, and professionally run. Patricia is a real professional: strong, confident technique, works deeply and precisely, really knows how to release tension and tight muscles. One of the best massages I’ve had. The hotel looks nice but beware! We had a 4 star room. We booked a deal with golf. We had no idea.That means a blue wristband. A gold wristband is a 5 star room. Lovely quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. Excellent variety of food at breakfast. Two outside pools with plenty of sun loungers also 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.

Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

The hotel was nice and location was great. However for us the food was the biggest let down. We paid full board but we hardly ate there because it was not food that we would eat. Just back after 8 days here. Very good hotel with fantastic views over Poniente beach and Trossal de la calla. Breakfast selection was great and dinner was good too. It’s 3 star hotel and been here along time . We went at the end of October and was pleased with what we saw . The rooms have a fridge but not a kettle which would have been ideal . This was a much needed break in the current crisis and it more than exceeded our expèctations. We have stayed here many times and really recommend this hotel. Cleanliness was fantastic, our room was spotless as was the pool area and diningroom and their rooftop bar is amazing. Loved it!

Good hotel,close enough for the strip or head down to the old town if you want quieter,reception staff were fantastic,we arrived at 9pm and the rushed us into the restaurant for food before checking us in just to ensure we were fed.Fantastic food,clean rooms and great staff,great experience all in.

A great hotel to stay at, rooms immaculate, food excellent, staff really helpful and very friendly. I arrived late on and was not happy with my room, I went and spoke with reception and was told to come back the next day and they would change my room. True to their word they swapped my room. The hotel has a really lovely chilled atmosphere.

Loved this hotel it was so clean, staff were very friendly and exceptional service. I would definetly reccomend it. The restaurant was immaculate, food delicious and staff very friendly. There were lots of entertainment, restaurants and markets nearby.

Stayed here May 2025. Its a very short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the new town. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The food was good and had lots of options. The restaurant got very busy, to avoid disappointment get down early, especially for breakfast. As i was traveling alone i ended up in a single room, this was very cramped and wouldn't be very practical for any...

We really enjoyed our stay. We had room 1207 with nice views. I enjoyed the dinners, but wasn't too happy about coffee and juice at breakfast. Short walk to the beach and old town. We had sometimes trouble parking, but on the end find a spot. But I guess, it is a nightmare in the summer.

Hotel is beautiful with plenty elevators so you are never waiting long for one. Wide selection of food that caters to fussy eaters and those with a more adventurous taste. Staff are all lovely. Facilities are very clean. On arrival as we arrived late at night we were each given a goodie bag of a sandwich, water, cakes and fresh fruit. We stayed here for a week with friends. We have all travelled extensively in Europe and we all can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in.
