Excellent spa and massage experience.
The spa in this hotel is truly top-class — calm atmosphere, very clean, and professionally run.
Patricia is a real professional: strong, confident technique, works deeply and precisely, really knows how to release tension and tight muscles. One of the best massages I’ve had.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality and real results.

We stayed here for 10 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Here are some of the tricky bits: We Struggled to find breakfast. Wandered around and around. A member of the kitchen staff pointed and gave instructions and we continued to get lost. We saw him again and he looked annoyed that we hadn’t found it. He then waved his arms and gave us new instructions. We still were lost. Eventually a very nice woman from the hotel physically took us to the breakfast area. You have to walk outside the back area of the hotel, pass the fountain area then go down a winding set of steps directly in front of you. The restaurant is there. Our beds were Single beds. I requested at the front desk for it to be made into a king size bed but it wasn’t done until day 4 when I chased reception again. One of Robes hanging up in our room had makeup on the collar. It clearly wasn’t clean which was very surprising. I asked at reception for a new one. It never came. We just gave up on that. There were occasional smell of drains in the bathroom but by the afternoon it would go. There were a few very tiny ants that seemed to come up from the sink but it wasn’t horrendous. Parking is not free unless you park in the car park below the hotel. It’s only a 3 minute walk. The Spa is not owned by the hotel. You can only go for one hour and it is €25 per person. You must have a swim hat and flip flops. Bearing in mind how much we paid, it seems wholly reasonable that the hotel bear the costs for the Level guests to include the spa and parking. The spa was in fact closed for 5 days whilst we were there which was very disappointing. I had really been looking forward to using the sauna each day. Our room (510) was quiet and had a great view of the golf course and partial sea view. The only occasion when it wasn’t quiet was the occasion when a Screaming drunk Spanish woman came into the hallway at 3am with a large group. 510 has a fabulous view of the sunrise however by 12 the sun will have moved around the building so you won’t get sun on your balcony. The coffee at breakfast is not good and the water is not very hot. On to the Positives Very large rooms with lots of cupboard & drawer space and -big plus -an iron and ironing board! Breakfast is really great (except the coffee). The fruit is truly wonderful, there is a whole range of different foods to enjoy. The breakfast staff work really hard to get the tables cleared and ready for the next guests The grounds are kept up with Attractive planting. The heated outdoor pool was a real delight. No one told us but towels can be obtained at the main reception. The free drinks and snacks were provided at the Level Lounge. We really enjoyed that perk. The only issue was at around 5pm they would bring out some snacks but some of them appeared to be defrosted. They were cold and very wet, ie pieces of quiche, frittata, mini pizza. This was most unpleasant. There are always crisps, selection of different nuts, and raisins

Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. Room service in the evening was very reasonably priced. This was our second visit within a month, and if the same golf break deal is available, we will go next month as well.

First time we stayed here, and if possible we will be back .
What we didn’t understand: the first day we were directed to Botanic restaurant for BF, the second day we had to go to Mosaic restaurant for BF and the final day that restaurant was closed when we arrived for BF so we went to the Botanic again were we were welcomed ..
so that was a bit weird.
But , overall very nice location , good bedroom and great offer incl. to play rounds of Golf.
-Wish there was a Bar to have a drink before or after diner ..
Thanks !

The hotel looks nice but beware! We had a 4 star room. We booked a deal with golf. We had no idea. That means a blue wristband. A gold wristband is a 5 star room. In the 4 star room there are no coffee and tea facilities. No water bottle. I think that a 4 star hotel needs te have at least a bottle of free water and tea and coffee in the room. The room was nice but the shower is in the badtub and the water leaks threw the glass door. Every day we had to soak the water from the ground. Why does nobody fix that? The complex is big and in the summer i get that you can have an extra pool for the 5 star but now they had one pool open but no not for the 4 star. You feel as the looser of the hotel with your blue wristband. This is NOT a 4 star treatment. So beware!

Fabulous resort just outside of Benidorm. We stayed at The Level and had a large room with terrace and access to the lounge for snacks and drinks including alcohol. Our bedroom included a seating area, a dressing area and robe and slippers with Rituals amenities in the bathroom. The complex was amazing included a spa / gym area and sits on a golf course. We walked into Benidorm that took about an hour with wide and safe footpaths. We had a half-board package and this was definitely a great option as breakfast had so much choice with fresh produce and an egg station. Dinner included lots of choice and fresh meat / fish station.

What a beautiful place! A jewel in Benidorm and certainly not what you’d expect find in a tranquil, serene haven a stone’s throw from Benidorm! From the attentive staff (Jose, the general manager is a credit to the Melia group) to the heated pool, food and drinks but as good as they are they still pale compare to the stunning views and gorgeous rooms! This resort is unmissable!

Beautiful hotel with great amenities, and very large pools, great restaurants. Rooms are also very good and spacious. Taxi's to the city center of Benidorm costs around 12 euros, which is fine. Do not pay your mini bar during check out, as this will get double charged on your credit card, as happened with me. They don't get back if you notify them about this. Would've been a 5 star review, if they did.
