My 4 night stay Room plus hotel very clean, pool area could do with a more regular sweeping I was put out that I could not get a kettle had to go out and buy one ( I needed hot water for my medication) other than that I was very impressed staff very good and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pablo, have stayed before and will most likely stay again. We recently returned from the stay at this hotel and we genuinely have no complaints or any faults at all. The place was absolutely spotless and the check-in was easy. The food was also fantastic. This hotel is spotless clean, the staff are always very smart and welcoming. Even when they are very busy, like in the restaurant they still have time to be friendly with customers, one lady during our stay, used a walker to get around and the young man waiter watched out for her constantly to assist her. Not a 4 star hotel. No way of having coffee before 8 am , paper cups in the room and if you ask for glass you have to be prepared for an argument. No air condioning(broken apparently) so if you're at the back of the hotel and have to have the balcony doors open for air, it's so noisy you can't sleep. Balcony lights come on and off when they feel like it. Downstairs looks lovely, don't be fooled.

Booked in here for a few nights to meet friends, the hotel is separate to the apartments and takes a bit of getting used to as you have to go through the hotel, walk around by the pools to get to the apartments. Actually this is hotel with 3 stars.Hotel is old and beds are very umcomfortable.We csn try to change the room but they are not responsoble. Cleansing rooms is good. We got some old rooms. Air condition doesn't work. They don't deserved more than 3 stars.

Beautiful hotel. Food and drink top of the range. Pool area and cafe nice. Only one staff serving most days, although the hotel was full. Short walk to the beach and old tiwn. Quite a nice position. Lots of bars within walking distance. Special mention of staff, Anuncia and Serena. Very helpful and welcoming, smile a lot, they seemed to be on duty every day. Not really any bad points. Happy with the room and room cleaning but i am very disappointed with some reception staff and how dismissive staff were when i reported me and my partner getting food poisoning twice from the hotel food! We booked half board in hope to save money. We had dinner once and the burger was red inside (undercooked) and bread was stale, luke warm beans. We ate half the burger before we realised it was...

Stayed a week,back last Tuesday. Booked as very good price for full board. Most of our coach got off so long queue. Emailed ahead requesting very low floor ,got room 108. Room needed some work , tea splashes on wall, bathroom bit dated. However it was clean,beds comfortable. Dont give you partner a good night kiss or they will separate and you end up on the floor! Meals weren't as bad as some reviews...

We have been to this hotel quite often but this visit we have noticed a lot of changes and not for the better. We would seriously think twice about coming again.

I really enjoyed rio park hotel we have been a regular customer for years and have allways enjoyed it we especially liked the entertainment the magician marco was exceptionally good and very friendly and the whole entertainment staff especially shopie and luke was brilliant i highly recommend

This is a lovely hotel. We stayed for 5 nights with 2 other couples. We booked for half board but only ate breakfast 2 mornings. Breakfast was lovely had something to suit everyone. Hotel was very clean and cleaners came to our room every other day. Pool area was great, plenty of sun beds, good bar and entertainment. Location wasn’t bad as only 15 mins walk from main ***** but plenty of other bars...

We are currently staying at this hotel. We came here for 7 days. It's an amazing hotel I have no complaints. Room is lovely staff are friendly and it's in a great place for shops and beach. The food is great lots of choices to choose from and each night there's something different at the buffet. Would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again.

Visited rio park August 2025. Over all this hotel is great for families,good entertainment throughout the day and evening. Rooms are kpt clean , fresh towels daily etc . breakfast was very good something for everyone,never had evening meal as only b&b. There are 5 lifts ,3 normal 2 glass unfortunately they are very slow and only small so ended up using the stairs most days to go up and down 4 floor...

This is a great hotel for young children, loads of stuff to do. It is very difficult to find your way around the hotel, the layout is very strange. Plenty of lifts though but choosing the right one for the location was the task. Food was nice and always plenty of options. Customer service not responding to my emails, which I find terribly rude. We spent 5 lovely days at the magic rock with no complaints. Food, drinks and hotel in general was lovely, staff were very happy and polite. My daughter unfortunately left behind an Apple earpod in our room 110. I’m guessing as the room had been cleaned it would be in lost property and I’ve tracked it and it’s still stating it...

Third year we've stayed at the Magic Rock. The first year being able to use the roof top and bar was great. Finding out last year that the bar was not opening was a major disappointment. Stayed at the Magic Aqua Rock Gardens hotel in Benidorm this last week. The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road. Booked this hotel for myself, husband and son, never been to Benidorm before and wasn't sure what to expect. This hotel is my absolute favourite in Benidorm. There really isn't anything to fault. I've stayed here solo twice now. Location is perfect, close enough to everything without the noise. We stayed again from 11th November till today. Everyone from the front of house to the lovely maids couldn't do enough for us. Try the spa facilities they are very good. We enjoyed our stay that we have already booked again for March. Well done to all the staff at this very clean and pleasant hotel.

From the moment we arrived at the spotless, modern reception area we were greeted by the most helpful male receptionist. As rooms aren't ready until the afternoon we were kindly given a key to a spare room so we could freshen up and get changed. Such a thoughtful gesture! Receptionist isabelle was also wonderfully accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel smells amazing everywhere...
