La Caseta Apartments in Benidorm

Good location in the old town, quite hilly but was no problem for our party. Apartments very dated in desperate need for upgrades to the rooms. My major problem was the work that was being down , they started before 8.30am and the drilling, sanding, shouting to each other, we are on holiday, we don’t want to be woken every morning with this, when I complained one morning near the end of my holiday at 8.40am I was shouted back at, I am working!!! So inconsiderate of paying customers. We were not told there would be work being carried out when we booked and at reception on day 2 there was a note that said due to a leak there will be minimum work being carried out Go elsewhere that is probably cheaper, not as tired looking and you get to sleep passed 8.30am

No room cleaners had to clean my room when we left or we were charged €75 only changed bed linen if you stayed over 7 days. Same towel all week if you wanted a clean one you were charged.

The apartments are good clean a bit old fashioned but has everything you want in them but unfortunately these apartments are letting young people have party’s from 10 at night till 4 in the morning there is nobody to tell them to keep the noise down it’s a shame because we have stayed here at least 10 times we stay here last time and the same problem please La caseta could you sort this problem or is this the type of Apartments you want now
