Nice location on the beach, hotel was okay, rooms were tidy, wifi working fine but the breakfast is no breakfast at all,check the pic. That's all you get with just 1 cup coffee/tea. We will not return here

I stayed here the for a week with my husband, son and his wife. The hotel is wonderful the staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff keep the hotel very clean and tidy. The view for the room facing the beach is great, we did think it would be noisy but it was very quick at night the window/doors keep the noisy out, the restaurant and bars stay open late. But it was easy to get to sleep. I would recommend this hotel and we will be going back as soon has we can

A charming place that showed promise, but... On the first day, we were delighted with the location and the hotel's charm, even though the receptionist didn't seem to be at her best. And to be honest, she didn't improve much during our stay. Then there was the shock of being charged for bread at dinner, even though it was part of the half-board! I knew drinks were charged, but bread? Around €2.50. The hotel is right on the beachfront, but its entrance isn't directly from the beach. This entrance is for their famous restaurant, and if you want to enter through there, you have to navigate the queue of people waiting to eat lunch or dinner, as well as the waiters taking orders, since you have to walk through the entire restaurant to get to the rooms. The restaurant occupies the entire ground floor of the hotel, so there's nowhere to sit, other than your room, if you get up early and want to go downstairs. No cafeteria, no lounge if you want to watch the news or read, nothing. The day I went down before breakfast time, the friendly receptionist had the courtesy to remind me, "Ma'am, it's 8 a.m.," and without further ado, I had to go outside and wait. I'd never seen anything like it. Very bad. The room was average, the sink was clogged, the shower tray was cracked, and housekeeping forgot a towel every day. I advise you to double-check your restaurant bill because the waiters are so disorganized that it's common for them to charge you for drinks you didn't order. Campello is a very nice place, but Jova isn't a good option if you're just looking for a beach holiday. I will say that the breakfast buffet is wonderful, and the restaurant serves delicious lunches and dinners. As a restaurant, a 10; as a hotel, a 4. The staff were very cold and sometimes a bit rude, as was the case with the girl at the entrance. It was an average vacation.

One of the most pleasant hotels we have ever stayed in. We visit El Campello regularly but decided to treat ourselves to a stay at Jova in April 25 for our honeymoon, the rooms are really nicely outfitted, the bed was comfortable, the balcony has a retractable awning that doubles as a sun blind for the morning. The staff are exceptional, they made us feel very welcome, the breakfast is fantastic. We could not find any fault with our stay and enjoyed it so much we have rebooked for November. The hotel was exactly what we wanted - smart, well decorated, right on the beachfront (without a road in between), lovely people and great food. the room was lovely, with a great balcony looking out to see past the palm trees - listened to the waves all night!

We wanted to visit a different area of Alicante, I chose this hotel because of location. The rooms on the top floor were quite small but adequate and give that boutique feel. We had rooms facing the sea, which turned out to feel that you were actually in a washing machine all night as it was louder than expected. Stayed here for 4 nights, struggled to get hot water in the mornings for a shower. We were on half board but didn’t realise you actually received a cut down menu you could choose from, don’t get me wrong the food was still very good. Maybe if you received an allowance from the main menu you could have other options. Some nights we were never offered a drink, one night we asked for a bottle of wine and got 3 small glasses, I think just to charge you more. A couple of members of the restaurant staff were great and would engage, others made you felt you were an inconvenience, which was rather a shame when we had spent €1,500 on our stay at the hotel. The breakfast offered, bread, crossiant, fruit, cold meat and cheese which was ok.

Great location, lovely breakfast and very clean rooms, we holiday in this area 3/4 times per year it is our first time here. We paid for a sea-view room which made our stay to listen to the sea! Only criticism is the lack of room extras ie condition, coffee etc

A beautiful little hotel and very comfortable. But the WiFi was totally useless! Bathroom of room 105 smelled of cat pee and there was a flashing green light all night in the rooms passage. Most disconcerting! Breakfast disappointing. Huge queues for coffee machine ( need 2) and toaster was also useless!!

The staff were all pleasant and professional and very helpful. The hotel is lovely, very clean. The bed was firm and the pillows soft. The breakfast was very nice and the food in the restaurant is high quality. It is literally (and I only use that word correctly) across the road from a great beach, and is on a long promenade with loads of good quality restaurants.

Asked for mixed kebab X 2 we only got beef totally freezing would not recommend this to any one, non of grills were on, and charged more than should of been but not being Spanish or talking it,
Totally robbed, was in foil takes five minutes to where we are cannot go back as wor lass foaming she will end up arrested
