DO NOT BOOK HERE!!
The structure would also be pleasant, modern and the receptionist quite kind ( the few hours in which she is present...) BUT it has terrible hygienic conditions! After two hours in the room we were attacked by bedbugs that bite us everywhere. When we reported this to the night guard, they moved us to a dirty and moldy room where they were equally present although in smaller quantities.
The next day we had a strong bad itch and we were bitten all over again. They didn't want to change our room so we were forced to leave the hotel and go sleep in the car.
In addition to not having slept for two days, we also lost the money for the remaining days of accommodation.
The hotel and Agoda (through which we booked) did not want to offer us alternative solutions or refund us.
MOREOVER, THE FRAUDULENT MOCKERY: We've been charged the €50 deposit left during check-in, THEN claiming -only after we had left- that the bed bugs had been brought by us (which is not true as they were huge, so it means they were there for a long time, and, furthermore, the previous and following nights, sleeping in other places, we had no problems at all).
They PURPOSELY NEVER answer the phone or text messages. Try calling them on the phone and you will see that they never answer.
I will take legal action against the hotel and the broker if they do not refund me for the disruption caused to me, for all the extra cost I had and the injustice suffered.

Stayed here in Sept 24, the rooms are so small and so basic! Very noisy both inside and outside of the building. Other guests tried to break into our room one night which was terrifying. Can't describe this as a hotel as there is no manned reception, no facilities, no safe, no room change ie towels or sheets even if you ask or complain and then they only leave a fresh tooilet roll.. Access too the lift is limited as either the cleaner or other guests wedge it open on floor 5 so it will not be available for other guests. Have to book in at another hotel then find this hotel. Bathroom clearly had not been cleaned before our arrival dirty walls, hair in shower drain, hairs on floor, broken edging to sliding door, mouldy silicon around shower and soap scum marks on shower doors also no hairdryer. Free Coffee machine serves very weird tasting coffee which I would give a miss if you don't want to end up with a dodgy bowel. Others may think this is all acceptable but to be honest I would inn hindsight rather pay more and stay somewhere better.

Cheap so didnt expect much but was disappointed. Im very used to staying in basic accommodation. Rooms are small but big enough as a place to sleep and keep your gear.
Unfortunately the walls and doors are very thin so bring ear plugs or just don't expect to be able to sleep even after 10 pints. You can hear doors slamming all night long, people walking up and down the corridor or people in the rooms around talking, switching light switches on or randomly moving furniture around at 4am.
A man wearing just his underpants banged on the door like there was an emergency and tried forcing his way in looking for his friend.
The WiFi didn't work all week. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned when we arrived (long black hairs liberally scattered). Bedroom floor hadnt been mopped properly between guests. Room was not cleaned once in the week we were there or towels changed.
Location is good - short walk to old town and supermarket - but that is the only big plus.
Maybe I stayed on a bad week but wouldn't risk it again.

I actually just wanted to ask what shampoo you have in the shower as it appeared to be very good for the condition of my hair, but then saw all the bad reviews. Please keep in mind that Benidorm is a very busy tourists destination. People with a good experience most of the time don't give a review. People with a bad experience most of the time do. So therefore the average experience might be better then shown here on the Google reviews. My stay at the hotel was very good. Hotel is located very close to the beach and the center of Benidorm which makes it very practical if you want to see much in little time. Reception was open every time I passed it. Room was clean, airco worked, bed was comfy and I even had a little balcony. I aswell liked the biological shampoo very much. Which in fact is the reason I noticed the reviews. I just wanted to ask which shampoo it is. 😅

So arrived to get our room no one here at reception to give us our room waited outside for 30mins to be continued........... finally in room beds comfy although we requested double on booking didn't get and didn't get mentioned 👎 bathroom was dirty shower head broken and water pressure absolute dire for a hotel there were no towels in room had to ask for them and air conditioning not Woking either. We only stayed a night but found the place a bit dirty and in need of some update...... oh and the tv channels just decided to give up aswell.
It did for the night but if planning on staying longer I wouldnt bother

Very bad place , dirty and no service at all. Don't book a room here . You don't even get the deposit back - absolutely the worst place I have been in my life. You have to go to some other place to pick up the key and the service is also bad there. Just terrible!

Stayed for a short 5 day 4 night break. A little confusing trying to find the sister hotel to check in. Had to pay a €40 security deposit to get the keys to our room. To cut to the chase, I've been trying to get my €40 deposit back for the last 5 weeks! They will not reply to any form of correspondence at all. Tried email, messaging, going through *********** (who seem to have no responsibility for the hotels they sell). If you think you're getting a good deal with this hotel remember to vector in this €40 surcharge on top because you'll never get it back. Scandalous way to operate. Could I also mention that the patio door and bathroom window do not lock. Wasn't too bothered as we were 4 floors up but it's not ideal.

The hotel was lovely and clean, very nice inside. A little out of the way of things, but just a short walk to a taxi rank.
However, on booking we booked for a double bed, we received a very small twin room, on the ground floor, a metre away from reception.
Quite busy and loud at times and we felt like we were sat in reception.
We're not too picky, so no complaints.
However, on asking if a hairdryer could be borrowed from reception, they said our room made it unavailable to us.
Again, not a huge issue, but I went out on my birthday night out with frizzy wet hair and returned to a room we didn't actually book, yet paid extra for.
