I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome with their warm and attentive service. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, Claudia. The hotel itself is exceptionally , the room comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The service overall was outstanding, with great attention to detail in every aspect. It’s clear that the hotel takes pride in offering high-quality hospitality. I would definitely return in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

We have wanted to stay in this Hotel for a while, a deal came up. We absolutely loved everything about it :) we stayed Bed and breakfast :) first of all , Diago the perfect host, very kind and informative, the lovely breakfast staff Anna and her quiet gentilman helper, excellent, how much food can you eat :) and the lovely lady who kept our room sparkling clean and left us goodnight treats, we thank you x fantadtic facilities for cloudy days as well, perfect. X

It was a lovely experience. At reception, Claudia was very professional and friendly throughout. The room was comfortable and clean, and the food was of good quality. Breakfast was a real treat, and the staff were very attentive to detail.

An excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel stands out for its impeccable cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive at all times, always ready to help with a smile. The views are simply spectacular, making our stay even more special. We cannot fault this hotel it’s the perfect location away from the madness of the new town strip, we checked into a room late at night and unfortunately it had a few issues. But the amazing Claudia at reception very kindly upgraded us to the most beautiful room, with the bed facing the sea. It was so relaxing falling asleep to the waves. The hotel is great value for money and in such a pretty location. The breakfast was amazing such a choice and Anna was again so attentive and helpful. We will be back!

We visited Benidorm at the beginning of March 26 and had chosen Villa Venecia because of its central location in the old town. We upgraded to a spacious junior suite which had lovely views over Levante Bay and a small balcony from which we enjoyed the complimentary bubbles and chocolate strawberries served in our room on arrival. The staff were all polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was an indulgence with fruit pastries and a cold platter with additional freshly cooked hot plates as well. What I enjoyed most was being able to open the picture windows and only hear the waves lapping on the rocks below. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Miserable staff, food ok if you want a cold fried breakfast. Coffee terrible and charge €2.20 for it. Place is a total rip off. Would never go back.
