The hotel was nothing as advertised and the staff kept calling our room because of administrative issues on their end. We booked the jacuzzi for an hour and we’re cut off after 30 minutes and we booked the sauna after which we were told wasn’t included when we specifically paid for a package with sauna and jacuzzi. Went for a romantic get a way and I left feeling awful and in tears by my experience with the staff. They did nothing to remedy the situation

Very good night but you can hear the road a little during the night but it's not too disturbing otherwise the room was very clean and the service was very good

So-called romantic weekend with weekendesk. Chocolates, wine and rose petals. Bedding from the 90s, sheets and blankets, mattresses no better, chocolates dating from Christmas. paper pets... no thermal insulation between the rooms, too much noise especially at 2 a.m.... the impression that they are the occupants next door were in our room. Correct breakfast jacuzzi paying for 45 mm Unheated swimming pool.. We preferred to leave a day earlier. Avoid this hotel..

We had an amazing experience in the hotel. The people are incredible and super friendly. Our car had a problem and was not possible for us to live after the check out and despite the fact we didn't had a room they gave us one to be able to take a shower after the sea and rest a bit while we were waiting for the car assistance to fix our car. I highly recommend this hotel..! We are really grateful. 👌😊

A nice hotel with good characteristic rooms with rustic spanish look beds are ok yet might need replacement the rooms were good cleaned everyday and friendly staff it was nice we could extent our stay after we had some car problems and didn't had to rush to have it fixed you can easily park your car in the streets around the hotel for free and its safe (police station is on the corner ☺️) stores on the main street are on walking distance the pool is small but good for a quick cooldown the sundec might need some work and feels a little odd as its connected to a balcony of a room so feels like your invading there privacy the walls are very thin so you can hear everything in all rooms next to you or hear the cleaning staff talk other then that we had a really good time here

Three days before my reservation they called and notified me that the hotel is closing in the middle of my stay and that I should change my reservation. This is unacceptable. If I would have canceled 3 days before on my initiative I would have been charged 90% of the cost, but they get to cancel without any consequence? Not fair.

We cannot praise this hotel enough, the hotel, the staff & the food so plentiful & is just so delicious, the staff so friendly & always helpful. Breakfast on the terrace is to die for, our room was spacious enough for us ( even though I use a wheelchair, ) we would stay in this hotel any time we visit Platja D'Aro, & we totally recommend it.
