Not a four star hotel. Felt like a hostel with large school groups, school kids prioritised over other guests. Broken sun loungers, interiors felt like they haven't changed since the 70s.

I would like to thank Carlos for making our stay great- he was friendly, attentive and great to be around- a definite asset to the hotel team (for him we would give 5 stars). The hotel is in a great location right on the beach front, and the pool area is nice. However, the hotel itself is tired/dated and needs a good refresh. The rooms were basic and there was a lack of attention from staff when cleaning the rooms. The restaurant didn’t seem big enough for the number of guests, we were always having to queue to get food (no matter what time we went). The quality of the food was poor- definitely not 3 star, let alone 4. It was often cold, watery and the chicken was undercooked- we needed to be careful with what we picked. We paid for all inclusive, but the wine was very unpleasant. Good value for money if you only drink spirits. The entertainment was average but at least there was some kind entertainment! If you’re looking for a cheap holiday with easy beach access and aren’t bothered about eating at the hotel, then it’s absolutely fine to stay but if you’re looking for a good quality all inclusive, I would not recommend.
