The location of the hotel is not very convenient. You have to take Uber to go out. There is no supermarket around the hotel. It is not convenient to walk for more than 30 minutes to find a supermarket. The hotel staff handles things differently. It should be inconsistent. The service of the night shift is not very ideal, but the morning shift is very good. The hotel is a bit old and the cleanliness is OK. I hope the hotel can unify the external and not have two ways of handling. Simply saying that boiling a kettle [the night shift says it is paid, the day shift says it is free] will cause our misunderstanding. Thank you

Staff was friendly and warm, service was good, hotel was nice and clean, it’s just the location was poor, you have to either take bus or taxis to the city centre. Otherwise a good place to have a couple of days.

There is free parking downstairs, but you have to get there early. The bus to the city is very convenient. The breakfast is very rich, but the price is a bit expensive.

The hotel has very good facilities inside, it could easily be a 4 star hotel, the employees are very friendly. The only thing is that, although they have 2 people at the reception, only one of them is in charge of check-in/out, you have to be very patient with this process.
