Not bad, I like the room on the second floor, which is more convenient. The breakfast is good, and I like the freshly squeezed orange juice the most, which is full of vitamin C.

In the city center, 20 minutes walk to the bus station. Clean nice hotel, beautiful big rooms! The price for their level is excellent - clean 4*!

Very good city centre hotel. Good central Bilbao location (we walked to both old town and the Guggenheim) with bonus of (quite expensive) parking. Classic looking exterior but inside a very good, modern hotel.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We'd booked a classic double but were given a room upgrade and were extremely happy with the room we had. Very spacious, well equipped and comfortable, looking out on to the street.
Buffet breakfast offered good choice, very enjoyable.
For the price we paid for this stay it was excellent value and we would happily return.

I have stayed multiple times at this hotel because of the servuce, quality, value and location. The desk staff has always been helpful if I ever have issues. (This visit they helped me with a communucation concern at the near by parking garage). The breakfast is plentiful and great value. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Many pintxo bars withinin a few blocks.

The hotel is in the very centre of Bilbao. You can walk everywhere. Above all, it is close to the pintxos area. The facilities are modern and everything is well kept.

Staff was not so good , the old lady just don’t know what to do I think because she didn’t clean my room and left dirty towels close to clean one… but overall I like the hotel

Hicimos cena de amigos y la comida nos pareció bastante floja. Todas los platos eran muy parecidos entre sí, con los mismos ingredientes y pequeñas variaciones. El precio de la bebida está muy inflado (14€ la jarra de cerveza) así que pagamos más de lo que esperábamos. El postre (una mezcla de distintos helados) no nos gustó a ninguno. No repetiremos.

Upon arrival we waited awkwardly to be addressed by staff, once finally seated we again waited a long time to receive a menu. The entire menu seemed very overpriced judging by the portion size and quality of food. Whilst my partners meal was reasonably enjoyable, it was the size I'd expect as an entree and we later looked for more food elsewhere. My enchilada was almost inedible due to it being drowned in a disgusting sauce which wasn't mentioned in the menu, overpowering and ruining the (again small) dish. We actually laughed through most of the meal from how comically bad it was. Would absolutely not recommend.

A very disappointing experience. The food was very poor. Everything we ordered was either overcooked or just reheated. One particular dish, scallops with ginger, was just a mass of onions with a handful of very poor quality scallops and no ginger. I cannot recommend this restaurant, especially when there are several other highly recommended Chinese restaurants very nearby.
